Takumi

Disappointing. Price starts at 1399 for a basic menu that doesn't have much selection. You need to add 500 baht more (total 1899) to have a decent option. Even then, the quality is average at best. For this price you can get a much better selection and quality from everywhere else.

What a shame. Takumi used to be a great Japanese buffet back in the days. Not anymore.

My pack was THB1,399. In my opinion, I thought the menu are not variety comparing with the price. The taste was so so comparing with another Japanese restaurant.

Sasimi and sushi is good, other food is just average, it's not good as Takumi in the past. Beef Teppanyaki is very very poor, cannot eat. The best thing is dessert.
Service is good but table arrangement is very poor. There are many tables available but they arranged the customers in the same zone (very close) during same period. It may easy for there serving, but it's not good for customers, especially the social distancing is very important in this COVID-19 situation. I have experienced for dining in many hotels, but I never faced the poor table arrangement same as here.

It's okay bcoz I went there Friday night with my coworkers with buffet promotion
But the food serve very slow and wrong table.

วันธรรมดาร้านมีพักเบรกปิดช่วง บ่าย2ถึง 5โมงเย็นนะคะ ใครมาทานวันธรรมดาวางแผนเรื่องเวลาด้วย จะได้ไม่เฟลค่ะ ส่วนเรื่องอาหารออกไวค่ะ พนักงานบริการดี รสชาติกลางๆ วัตถุดิบสดสะอาด แต่เมนูเสตกเนื้อค่อนข้างเหนียวนะคะ เมนูปลาอร่อยทุกอย่างค่ะ ชอบไอศกรีมบ๊วยกับพุดดิ้งนมและชีส แก้เลี่ยนได้ดี กินปิดท้ายคือสดชื่นมาก

ในสถานการณ์โควิท ไม่มีการเว้นโต๊ะในการนั่งทานยังจัดโต๊ะให้นั่งทานใกล้ๆกันเพื่อสะดวกต่อการบริการขัดกับมาตรการที่รัฐกำหนด ส่วนคุณภาพอาหารจัดว่าอยู่ในระดับธรรมดาค่อนไปทางแย่

First time to dine here and love every bite. Takumi is fine dine Japanese restaurant located on the 1st floor in Swiss Hotel Bangkok. It is conveniently accesible by MRT (Houykhawng Station). Parking is also available in the hotel. Food is really fresh and service is supurb. It could be crowded on weekend. So, reservation is recommended. Discount will be applicable if staying at the hotel. Highly recommended.

เป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านที่ชอบมากในอดีต แต่คงไม่มาใช้บริการอีกอย่างแน่นอน อาหารรอนานมาก เริ่มสั่งตอน 11.50 ได้อาหารไม่ครบสักที ตามเกิน 3 ครั้ง 12.40พึ้งได้อาหารครบ นานมาก แต่ไม่เท่านั้น หัวปลาต้มซี่อิ้วเป็นอาหารที่ชอบ สั่งประจำ แต่รอบนี้ไม่โอเคเลย เนื้อน้อยไม่ว่า หนังปลาทอดเกล็ดไม่สอาด ถ้าเนื้อไม่มีหนังก็กินไม่ได้ จะให้กินกระดูกหรือไง ซูชิเนื้อที่เคยชอบมากในอดีต วันนี้แย่มาก ข้าวเยอะเนื้อน้อย ไม่เหมือนในอดีต สำหรับคนชอบไปดูเมนูได้นะครับ ต่างกันกับแต่ก่อน90% เนื้อสไลด์ย่าง (เนื้อที่ย่างด้วยไฟburnerแล้วราดซอส) ตอนนี้กลายเป็นเนื้อยางในกระทะ ไม่มีความนุ้มหอมเหมือนแต่ก่อน ตอนนี้ไม่มีเกลิ่นเหนียวด้วย อันนี้ตามเกิน 3 ครั้ง น่าจะรอเกืน40นาที เสียดายร้านอาหารดีๆที่เคยชอบ ราคา1xxxตอนนี้ผมให้ไม่เกิน 299 นะ

เป็น Buffet แบบตามสั่ง เมนูถือว่าหลากหลาย เหมาะกับสังสรรค์แบบกินไปคุยไปชิลๆ ไม่ต้องเร่งรีบ ระหว่างรออาหารก็เม้าท์ พออาหารมาก็กิน สั่งใหม่ วนๆๆๆๆไป

คุณภาพและรสชาติอาหารไม่ถือว่าเลิศ แต่อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี เมื่อรวมกับบรรยากาศ บริการ สถานที่ ราคาประมาณ 1,000 เราว่าคุ้ม

Service is extreme bad. Heavily understaff. Food is extremely slow and never delivered completely as per order. Chef is not professional and allow waitress to burn the salmon buri half bake by herself. Strongly not recommend this place unless you have no expectation for what you pay which is not cheap.
