ของหวานรูปถ่ายในเมนูสวยมาก เสิร์ฟจริงนึกว่าเปลี่ยนเซฟ แล้วทานแบบ Alacarte ตั้งราคาขาย 150 บาทต่อเมนู แต่ของที่เอามาเสิร์ฟเอามาขาย 50 บาทยังโกรธเลย ไม่สมราคา อีกอย่างเหมือนโกหกลูกค้านะครับ ร้านข้างถนนก็ยังไม่เสิร์ฟของไม่ตรงปกขนาดนี้

เป็นร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นในโรงแรมที่ราคาดีมากกกกกกก ถูกเกินคุณภาพแบบ แนะนำเลย ใครชิบกินอาหารญี่ปุ่น ใครชอบกินบุฟเหตุ มากินอิ่มไม่อั้นได้ 3 ชั่วโมงเต็มเลยทั้ง มื้อกลางวัน เสาร์ – อาทิตย์ เวลา 11.00 – 14.30น. และมื้อค่ำ จันทร์ – อาทิตย์ เวลา 17.30 – 22.00น. มา 3 จ่าย 2 อีก ในราคา 3,690 บาท รวมเครื่องดื่ม เหลือคนละ 1,230. ยังไม่พอ มื้อค่ำ วันพฤหัสบดี - อาทิตย์ มีเบียร์ไม่อั้นฟรี 17.30 - 20.00น. มีที่ไหนให้กินเบียร์ฟรีแบบนี้ เด็กกินฟรีถึงอายุ 12 อีกกกกก

ร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นในโรงแรม Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada สามารถเดินจาก สถานีรถไฟฟ้า MRT ห้วยขวางได้ เป็น buffet A la carte สั่งได้ทุกเมนู ทางร้านมี promotion สำหรับบัตร credit card (ลองถามทางร้าน) ที่ร่วมรายการ ลด 20%

กินบุฟเฟ่ต์หัวละ 962 บาท ไม่ค่อยคุ้ม ของไม่สมราคา ไปกินร้านอื่นในราคาเดียวกัน ได้ของดีกว่านี้มาก ครั้งเดียวพอ

Everything about this Japanese restaurant was great. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people.

The food has an amazing taste. Thank you for the great food. The buffet menu options are an excellent value, the taste is delicious, and the service staff are super friendly.

I am definitely going back.

อาหารไม่คุ้มค่าและไม่สมราคา พนักงานไม่ค่อยให้บริการเนื่องจากมีแขกตำนวนมาก ตั้งใจไปทาน free flow แต่รอค่อนข้างนาน และไม่ค่อยเติม และต้องเดินไปแจ้งที่เคาท์เตอร์เพื่อขอให้บริการ อาหารสั่งไปแล้วหลังแค่ 45 ก็เริ่มหยุดเสิร์ฟ สุดท้ายต้องเปลี่ยนไปสั้่งของหวาน

ิอาหารอร่อยเป็นบางอย่าง เช่นเนื้อ กุ้งลายเสือ ส่วนเกี๊ยวซ่าและเทมปุระไม่อร่อย ผลไม้อร่อย

พอดีไปช่วงโปร 1 แถม 1 จัดว่าคุ้มมาก อาหารอร่อยทุกอย่าง สด สะอาด บริการดี เมนูที่ต้องแนะนำเพราะหลงรักสุดๆ คือ milk cheese pudding / green tea pudding / caramel icecream

Went to have buffet with friends. There weren’t much on their menu so we ended up ordering the same things over and over.
Employees were not properly trained at all. I had to wave my hand like an audience at a concert to get their attention because they don’t look around to pay any attention. Then had to remind them about my order several times because they forget things so fast like Dory.
Wave hands - wave hands - wave hands, finally someone notices. Ordered salmon. (10 minutes later wave hands for a while again to remind) x2 to finally get what I ordered.
And paid 1,500THB per person.

I enjoyed their poor service which was like a joke though. My friends could not stop laughing.

Food was ok but lost 3 stars from customer service quality and menu.

ราคา1499 ส่วนเครื่องดื่มเพิ่มต่างหาก เข้าใจว่าร้านในโรงแรมระดับ5ดาว แต่อาหารรู้สึกว่าไม่ค่อยคุ้ม ราคาสูง อาหารวัตถุดิบดีแต่ตัวเลือกน้อย ถ้าไม่อยากเพิ่มของแพง ควรมีพวก กิมจิ ทาโกะวาซาบิ ให้มันหลากหลายหน่อย

It's not the same Takumi that I know anymore. The menu had fewer selections and the service was unacceptable. We booked a private room for 10 people as we always do for over 12-13 years every time we come here. The service this time was way too slow to the point that we had to give up reminding the staff about our orders. There was no napkins provided, they forgot our water and quite a few other things. The eating time is limited for 3 hours, but the wait time between orders took about 20-30 mins. So we wasted 1.30 hrs. (or more) just for waiting.
I would say the quality of the food is still good, but nowadays there are a lot of good fine dining Japanese restaurants in Bangkok that have better service. What made Takumi my number one choice on the list was their service and menu selections. Now when those two things aren't in the top notch level anymore, I think it's time to say goodbye.

**บริการ: พนักงานบริการดีมาก เนื่องจากเป็นบุเฟ่เคลียร์จานเร็ว คอยดูแลตลอด รับออเดอร์และเสิร์ฟอาหารอย่างรวดเร็ว

**อื่นๆ: ขนาดห้องอาหารไม่ใหญ่มาก น่าจะประมาณ 10 กว่าโต๊ะ

ทาคุมิเคยเป็นร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่นที่ชอบที่สุดร้านนึงเพราะวัตถุดิบดีและสด แต่รอบล่าสุดไปทานตกหัวละพันสี่ร้อยกว่า เมนูไม่ค่อยสมราคาเท่าไหร่ และมาตรฐานแต่ละจานต่างกันมาก คือดีเฉพาะสั่งรอบแรกๆ ควรปรับปรุงเพิ่มเมนูที่มันสมราคากว่านี้

Good services and decorations, however, about the food, they are not worth for the price. With the same price, I can find a better Japanese buffet.

The service extreamly good.
Staff is well trained with service mind.
The food is grest taste and good presentation. Highly recommended.

รับประทานมา วันที่ 27 มีนาคม 2565 เมนูปลาดิบหั่นดูดีเฉพาะจานแรก พอสั่งอีกปลาดิบไม่น่าทาน เหมือนเศษปลาส่วนที่เหลือมาเสิร์ฟ เมนูข้าวหน้าปลาไหลชิ้นเล็กและรสชาติไม่สด เนื้อวัวสั่งแบบ medium rate ก้อยังเหนียวครับ โดยรวมยังไม่ผ่าน Takumi Premium ราคา 1,899 ฿ ต่อคนครับ

Low quality salmon, tuna, ika compared to the price, they even have bad smell. Beef and dessert are the only good ones. I didn't full even if it's a buffet
