I have treated in this hospital, I found it very good facilities and doctors AND excellent staff friendly caring specially IPC DEPARTMENT. I recommend you to travel get treatment. Wish you recovery very soon all the best

Horrible experience and I felt like I was passed around like they didn'tknow what to do with me. I went there pregnant in 22 weeks and feeling very sick (muscle and joint pain, headache, nausea) and I told the nurse from emergency what symptoms I have and I showed her an atk negative test as well that I made at home. She wrote on my paper that I have sore throat, coughing, fever and other covid symptoms! I was shocked to see that she completely changed my file.i couldn't sit at all and I vomited in the doctor's cabinet, but they still moved me around for 2 3 h with all the waiting around. Never going back again!

Absolutely worst hospital to go to in the area. Went for a PCR test and I waited 2.5 hours cos they lost my documents.

ใครจะไปตรวจโควิดที่นี่ อย่าไป เสียค่า RT PCR ไป 2900 บาท บอกจะส่งเมล์ผลมาให้ทางเมล์ แต่นี่วันครึ่งละ ยังไม่ส่งผลมาเลย พยายามติดต่อไปก็ติดต่อยากมาก มีคนรับสายก็โยนให้โทรหาแล๊ปเอง โทรหาแล๊ปก็ไม่ติด ติดทุกสาย เสียเวลามาก ค่าตรวจก็แพง ยังต้องมารอผลช้าอีก อย่าไปตรวจเลย

I went there just to get a medical certificate for driver’s license renewal. After waiting for over an hour and seeing a doctor for 5 minutes, I was charged for 551 baht.

It is a private hospital with private hospital costs but you will spend more time waiting here than at a very busy public hospital. Every department here works very slowly. Doctor waiting time is almost unacceptable. If you come here, you will spend your WHOLE day here
Do NOT recommend it for anyone. Better go somewhere else.

WROST HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE. This hospital is NOT WORTH YOUR HEALTH. I warn you keep away from this hospital.doc here was REAL USELESS.he didn't even show his effort to identify root cause.obviously, he seem to keep distance from patient for COVID-19 reason and was not even capable of providing advice regarding symptoms.felt like he tried to push patients out ASAP with maximum medicine bill.nurses were also terrible and didn't fit to hospitality jobs.i waited half an hour in the queue.then, i went to the counter asking why they didn't call my name.they forgot my name. LOL

in short, even I with engineering degree can do what doc here did. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all.

This is a good hospital in a good location. They have English-speaking service and an international department

Do not come here if you want to pay a fair amount. I tried this hospital once to try have my wound redressed and it cost me 3000+baht. There are much better hospitals (pramam 9) that will literally charge you half the price. Avoid this place at all costs unless you have incredibly good insurance.

Guys do not visit this hospital They can not be trusted to take care of your life or love ones! Such a bad service, no responsibility at all!

Seriously TERRIBLE emergency service.
I visited emergency last night because my chest was hurt and cannot breathe well.
As they said that EKG examination (check heart beating) is normal, they just leave me saying like "I (nurse) will give you (me) 10 mins, after that you should go back home"
They didn't give me any treatment but just leave. (They just LAUGHED AT ME).
Now, I am looking for way to complain about this in official way.

This hospital changed their words every time I have two bad situations with them regarding the account. They tell us an amount, and then they raise the price, especially this hospital it’s so empty these days maybe that’s why they raise the price for us, I hope they treat their patients well like other known hospitals they have good doctor for surgery but They have no credibility with the prices. I would never recommend an Arabic translator. I just want to thanks their management and their Doctor

I had problems with my leg while visiting Bangkok. Luckily someone recommended me to go to this hospital. I must say I was highly satisfied with the attitude, dealing with patients and profesionality of the personnel. Thank you

สมัยเมื่อลูกยังเล็ก ลูกชัก หมอจะขอเจาะหลัง แต่จะต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายมาก หมอแนะนำให้ไปรพ. รัฐบาล รอดตัวไป ต่อมาไปทำงานฝ่ายปกครองโรงเรียนมัธยมวัดธาตุทอง ได้รับความกรุณาจากโรงพยาบาลมาก นักเรียนเจ็บป่วยไม่สบาย เกิดอุบัติเหตุ นอกเวลาราชการ โรงพยาบาลดูแลให้อย่างดี ค่ารักษาว่ากันทีหลัง สมัยนั้นไม่รู้จะประกาศชื่นชมโรงพยาบาลไว้ที่ไหน ตอนนี้มีพื้นที่ให้ใช้ จึงขอขอบคุณโรงพยาบาลย้อนหลัง ไว้เป็นเกียรติศักดิ์ศรี ของโรงพยาบาลกับชุมชน และสังคมนะครับ ขอขอบคุณด้วยจริงใจครับ

I have been to this hospital several times. They are spot on and empathetic. At times it feels like the nurses get so lost in administrative tasks that you sit there and wait for a response like when I needed medicine for extremely high blood pressure they spend an inordinate amount of time filing and I had to say I need the medicine immediately not when I leave.

It's so bad. They work very slow and just tell you wait, I have wait almost 2 hours.and cost me so much money, It's incredible.just fuuuuuuuuck uuuuu

Absulately awful experience! Stuff is rude and unqualified, in English speaking service they barely speak English, doctors are unprofessional, just want to take money from customers, wanted to put me on pills whereas I could handle it without them. Test results i can’t get for weeks and they totally forgot to send them. When I call them to remind, they just switch between departments and them turn off! Unbelievable! Don’t recommend to anyone!
