Somerset Park Suanplu Bangkok

Myself and 2 daughters stayed 3 weeks.absoutely fantastic.services from house keeping.recept staff kitchen staff were the best.coming back in oct.this place was so close to everything.thank you for making our first trip to bangkok wonderful
also the chinese new year dragon ceremony was the best.the little lady who had the street cart her dim sims were beautiful.gardens magical.wifi.great.gym great.heavenly spa great

Its ok. Our 1st room was just ok. Pretty small. The 2nd room much bigger. Its by no means a 4.5 star hotel. I'd say a 3. There's a good variety at buffet breakfast but all luke warm. Best thing is the egg chef. Had an omelette every day but the fillings he puts in are very sparse! Beds are rock hard but then we found out you could ask for a matress topper which adds a little more comfort.

Spacious, well priced under $100 USD, cold a/c, bed a bit hard.wifi worked well.if you want a place where you don't need all the extras like spas, restaurants, this place will do you well.located near local street food to.

This place was great. The rooms are more like an apartment. The rooms were clean and updated but you can see areas that need better care. Overall this was a great stay.

Staying in a beautiful one bedroom apartment on the 14th floor with amazing views of surrounding Bangkok.

The staff here have been nothing but amazing and have made the stay here relaxing and calm.

Buffet breakfast is available on the ground floor adjacent to reception and includes a fresh egg station where the staff prepare your eggs to your liking.

Absolutely loved my stay here at Somerset, very clean and tidy, so professional, we just loved our apartment room and the views were to die for. The buffet breakfast was definitely 10 out of 10 and the staff are just beautiful wonderful people, I couldn't believe the service we got just felt like a amazing dream. My partner and I really miss this place and can't wait to visit Bangkok again and will definitely make Somerset our new place to stay very time.

If you have young children and want to shy away from night life of Bangkok. It’s a perfect place. The apartment style is very convenient. The location is 5-10 away from BTS Sala Daeng station via tuktuk (during traffic). The breakfast is below average but you can easily cook or try local restaurants near the hotel.
Tuk tuk service is every 30 minutes from hotel to Sala Daeng station (one way).

When making a hotel reservation, we booked a 4 people room,
but were told later we needed to pay an extra fee, which is a little more than 800 THB, for the third person.
We showed the hotel staff the order we placed first. The staff didn't believe it initially. After showing the receipt, which indicates the room is
for 4 persons, eventually the staff did acknowledge the order but didn't apologize to us in anyway.

On the first night, we asked about the Continental Breakfast, which was supposed to be included. Once again, the staff told us it is not included, and we had
to show them the receipt to confirm it.

When checking out, the staff told us one glass cup was missing in our room and we needed to pay for it. We told the staff we didn't use any those of glass cups. Still the staff insisted her claim. We were forced to check our room to justify her claim and foud out nothing is missing. By that time, a lot of time has been wasted!

It Seems they always make the accusaction first without verification. The room we booked is very pricy, but the service is very bad.
Even we are Asians, but we don't deserve that sort of unfriendly attitude against us. "Treat others how you want to be treated". Don't push us too far!

The service from the time your car door is opened to the time you depart is EVERYTHING! Amazing people, immaculate rooms, beautiful food, city views to die for, balconies for days. Just absolutely stunning. Enjoyed every single moment of it. To the entire team of Somerset Park, Thank you soo much

Good location and all facilities under one roof. Complementary breakfast is an highlighting attraction

A very friendly n cozy place to stay if you are on business trip. No big tour group around to make your stay uncomfortable. Most importantly no China groups. Staff super helpful n friendly especially the door man. He's been there like forever. A thousand thumbs up for him. I think the only thing below standard is the morning breakfast. Very basic.

Belle vue, bel appartement, belle piscine. L'appartement aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement mais rien de gênant

This is a fantastic hotel, and it's so close to places like MBK, Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon, Central World and the Silom Centre. The service was outstanding and the daily breakfast was awesome. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful as well as the huge lounge on the 5th Floor with abig screen TV ND heaps of books to read

I love this place. The service to the facilities. The apartment rooms. And they have all the pots and pans and cutlery ready for you.

Extremely friendly staff, clean and spacious room. My family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights, kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the inroom massage.

Good hotel. Location is pretty good if your not staying on the river. Some restaurants close by but a little pricey

Do not stay at this accommodation because of cheaper prices with spacious room. It is tired. And the staff are needed to be improved in every way.
You can find smiles in almost everywhere in Bangkok, but you will never find a smile in this accommodation. Not even your own smile.

Great staff friendly and knowledgeable, very comfortable apartments. Good security. Buffet is a wee iffy. Gym is okay. Massages over priced. Pool area is comfortable. Its in a good area.but a distance away from major tourist attractions.

Great hospitality! Free ride to sala daeng BTS station! Clean and big apartment (3 bedroom). A lot of restaurants nearby, staff is very helpful and nice, always greet you with warm smile. Would definitely stay again.
