Savelberg Thailand

Modern french haute cuisine. We dined here on Christmas eve and it was a festive fixed 7-course menu. We took the wine pairing as well, which aside from the too sweet NZ Riesling on the first course - was full of good and well thought-of surprises (e.g. 2014 NZ Saint Claire Pinot Noir). Highlights were the 1st course Oscietra caviar with with leek and potato cream and the perfectly balanced pomelo lobster. Service was exquisite except for when asked to replace the pigeon dish with a vegeterian option. One would expect such a request, in a michelin starred restaurant, to be filled without giving you the feeling that it's a hassle. Other than that it was a great evening with splendid food and wine. We'll certainly go back to Savelberg soon.

Fabulous experience. We had 8 courses but 4 and 6 courses are also available. Food tasted amazing, flavour/texture combination were creative. Presentation top notch. Service impeccable. Wine suggested paired really well with the meal. Modern decor with open cold kitchen. Private room available. Love it!

Fab dining experience. We were 5 of us. Chef is super nice. He allow us for 1 person with business lunch set. 2 was with 4 courses and 2 were with 6 courses on the same table. Impeccable service and knowledgeable sommelier. Amazing and creative food menu. We all were satisfied with everything and happy to be returned again soon.

Probably one of the best meals I have had in my entire life. This place just won one of the Michelin Stars so we wanted to try it for lunch. I swear you want to close your eyes when you taste it to block out all other senses. Amazing. It takes some kind of special imagination to create this stuff.
Love to come again and again that place.

Excellent well crafted & presented food, good service and very pleasant chef/owner. Lunch was delicious unfortunately the design of the restaurant does not do the place justice. It’s modern style, orange colors.don’t match with this type of classic reinvented/gourmet/gastronomic food and also offers no continuity with the beautiful oriental residence within meters of the restaurant. As a customer of both, more could be done by the Oriental and the restaurant to offer their clients a better continuous 360 degrees experience.

Very good quality foods with different layers of flavor in each course. A bit pricey but acceptable, however decoration and layout of the place is just not my style for this price, but everyones taste is different isnt it?

A great hidden secret in the middle of Bangkok, opposite the huge towers of All Seasons Place. Sophisticated presentation with superb ingredients make this place a good restaurant for a special occasion. (It's not cheap)

One of the best restaurants in Bangkok. Michelin star quality. Amazing tasting menu. Well conceived and perfectly executed. Breathtaking presentation. Langoustine dish is a must-try.

Good service and decoration, but food doesn't correlate to prices. We left with a $250 bill for ordering one appetizer and one main dish for each, with no drink. We do not mind to pay that price if the food is fantastic like typical Michelin star restaurant we have been. My girlfriend was very disappointed given she had very high expectation from reading the website and review. She ordered duck liver but she barely touched it.

Fantastic food, amazing wine pairings, and great service. I had the eight course tasting menu and each course was incredible. I especially enjoyed
how the traditional European dishes were prepared incorporating flavors from the local cuisine. I additionally had a wine pairing with each course, and every one was spot on. On top of that, the wait staff was very helpful and enjoyable to talk with; they really added to the overall experience of the meal.

Excellent food, beautiful ambience, and great service!

We had the eight course tasting menu, ranging from superb scalps, lobsters, and delicious oysters.

Each dish was perfectly cooked, served beautifully and well presented by its staff which made the experience great for us.

I would definitely visit this place again and highly recommend it to those who enjoy high qualify food in the heart of Bangkok.
