Genteel fine dining in the city of Angels. Very high standards and delicious executions. Love the restaurants nice ambience. Classy and conducive for intimate conversations. Great service.

Food is fantastic and the wine pairing is beautifully aligned with each dish. I recommend the six course including the wines. The personell is friendly and professional furthermore my wife and I had the chance to chat with Mr. Savelberg, he is very friendly and build a fantastic restaurant with excellent staff. We had a memorable evening and we will be definitely coming back.

Overall a great dining experience.
Good service, food is no doubt in 1 Star Michelin standard.
No heavy punch of flavor but like a wave of the sea, light and well balanced.
Chef is known very well about cooking seafood, all dishs were delicious!

The staff are sooooooo nice and friendly. And the food is amazing. Especially the macrom with foie gras and truffle. Nice combination.

I came here with my family for lunch on Xmas Eve where it wasn't packed despite their awesome special menu. One of the best meals I've ever had (I have had some disappointing Michelin star experiences -this isn't one of them!) and would highly recommend trying their contemporary European cuisine made with exotic, well-sourced ingredients. Chef came out to check on is following our meal which I thought was quite nice.

We enjoyed our meal with the a great selection of fine wines. From the beginning till the second last our taste palate was like building up. After the veal with foie gras we were in heaven but dessert brought us down to earth.it was good but not that good. I also was missing some good French baguette instead of the thin multi grain slices which tasted good but still.
Service is excellent like you can expect at a Michelin star restaurant. And also a high bill. But to ask 950 baht for a bottle of a Evian water is kind of hilarious certainly when you have 2 + 17% so they are like extra wine since our wine arrangements were 2500 pp.and then they won’t accept American Express.

The staff were all super friendly and they brought out a birthday cake free of charge for my partner! The food was beautifully plated and was overall delicious with some interesting flavor combinations! We had the lunch 3 course and coffee to round off our meal! We also got to greet the chef at the end.

This One Michelin Star Restaurant Savelberg serves sophisticated modern French dishes. The restaurant offered 3 complimentary appetizers before my 4-course meal.

Savelberg was an absolutely amazing dining experience. The food itself was delicious, and for someone who dislikes onions and mushrooms, even theirs were quite good. Portion sizing was very generous, and I left on a full stomach. The service was excellent; the staff were professional, friendly, and attentive. Atmosphere was also very conducive to a great experience with nice lighting and music. I would definitely recommend dining here.

All was good as expected from Michelin star restaurant.tasting menu > 4 hours dinner - all in all pleasant experience with very surprising dishes.expect 'nice' bill at the end.

Had the 4 course menu with the wine pairing. The watermelon appetizer was not my cup of tea. The scallops were not bad but it was like it was soaked in water and not drained enough or maybe it is supposed to be that way. Who knows? The rest of them were okay. I said just Okay.

Detailed, attentive and contemporary, this Michelin one-starred restaurant serves modern French cuisine with hints of Dutch inspiration. Excellent! Highly recommend!

I would like to highly recommend their LAMB (Roasted lamb fillet Potato Green asparagus Green peas Lardo di Colonnata Lamb sauce)

I am definitely not exaggerating. This roasted lamb fillet is the best lamb I have ever tasted in Thailand. It was impressively outstanding. The rectangular lean lamb fillet was astonishingly tender. Enjoying the lamb with transparent slices of Lardo di Colonnata that melted on my tongue wowed my palate! Perfect! What I especially like about this dish is its simplicity. A few ingredients including the vegetable accompaniments accentuate the full flavour and texture of the lamb!

French restaurant with good ambiance. Professional staff, quality food, and a price to match. Food was unique, presentation was good, explanation was clear, portions are small, and the quality of the food is top notch. Some of the food was raw which may be the way its served in France. Overall it was a good experience.
