Saint Louis Hospital

This hospital inspires no confidence in me. The staff just point you in various vague directions and make little effort to communicate with customers.

My experience so far has been, a four with the dental department.
I left BNH’s piano, chandeliers, and costumed doorman for St louis’s where I found kindness
personal care, and experience.

Had laser procedures in March and May 2019. Both visits were very satisfying at every level. Thank you so much St Louis. I will definitely come back again.

การบริการ ที่จอดรถแย่มาก ***ผมแค่สอบถามยามว่า "พื้นที่ลานจอดรถด้านหน้าเห็นมีว่างหลายที่ทำไมไม่เปิดให้เข้าครับ" ยามบอก ว่า "รถเต็ม ให้ไปจอดที่อาคารตึก ถ้าไม่จอดที่อาคารตึก ข้างหน้าก็คือทางออกกลับบ้านนอน เลยครับ" พูดจาแบบนี้ได้ยังไง อุตสาห์ว่าจะไปตรวจสุขภาพที่นี่ กลับบ้านเลยครับ

สถานที่สวยงาม กว้างขวาง ผู้ป่วยนอกมีจำนวนไม่มาก สดวกรวดเร็ว มีทีจอดรถ ร้านเบเกอรี่ เจ้าหน้าที่สุภาพพูดจาไพเราะ ได้ไปเยี่ยมญาติห้องผู้ป่วยค่อนข้างดี และห้องผู้ป่วยICU ดีมากมีจำนวนหลายห้องแยกผู้ป่วยห้องละ1ท่านในระบบปิดที่ต้องการความสอาดอย่างสูง

เป็นโรงพยาบาลทีี่เก่าแก่มากกว่า 100ปี สะอาด ทันสมัย ให้บริการแด่คุณพ่อบาทหลวง คริสศาสนิกชน บุคคลทั่วไป ค่าบริการถือว่าไม่แพงเลย เมื่อเทียบกับโรงพยาบาลเอกชนอื่นๆ อาจเป็นเพราะได้รับเงินบริจาคและการสนับสนุน เปรียบเสมือนศูนย์รวมของชุมชนบริเวณนี้ก็ว่าได้

ที่จอดรถ layout ขึ้นจอดค่อนข้างยาก มีกฎระเบียบเข้มงวด 30 นาทีแรกฟรี ถ้าเกินให้ซื้อของ au bon pain 200 บาทจอดได้ 2 ชม. ถ้ามีตราประทับเยี่ยม ต้องไปที่วอร์ดของแต่ละชั้นให้แจ้งเลขที่ห้องและจนท. เซ็นต์รับรอง

ปกติรักษา รพฺ นี้ตลอด ครั้งนี้มาหาหมอผิวหนัง ผิดหวังมากค่ะ เหมือนหมอรีบ เจอหมอหนึ่งนาที หมอเชิญออก ไม่ไถ่ถามว่ามีอะไรเพิ่มเติมไหม พยายามจะซักถามเกี่ยวกับอาการเพิ่มเติมแต่เหมือนหมอไม่ค่อยสนใจเลยเดินออกมาอย่างเซงๆ

Wife fell I'll while travelling SEA. Decided to go to hospital in Thai and went to this one as it was close. Went in at 12 30pm, and the staff speak decent English, very fast service from admission, prelims, seeing the doctor, lab tests and Rx meds. Left by 1 30pm. Very very highly recommended.

Lovely quaint Catholic hospital with Uber friendly staff and kind doctors. You get the instant feel when u come here that they're not about just making money here. Unlike the other expensive hospitals nearby. Would recommend to anyone who wants a hospital they can feel at home in.

Fantastic dentists. Very skilled, and patient. I felt no pain either during or after and the dentist provided me with painkillers which were strong and effective. Also extremely reasonable price. Highly recommended

This hospital and many private hospital in Tailand are full of money mined. My son head fever. They try to keep us in hospital one week. There was no need but they give serum to my 3 years old son. He was never afraid of doctors and nurses now he is. They tried to pursued me to cancel my flight. I was luck my friend was leaving in tailand. He explains me how they make money from Foreigner. They think we are money machine. They even did not want to right a prescription. They wanted me to buy from them I insisted to get prescriptions.

I am so upset.

Never ever trust.

Where is humanity they are so called doctors.

รอคิวนานเป็น ชม. ไม่มีพยาบาลมาถามซักคำว่ารออะไร ทั้งๆที่ไม่มีคน สรุปพยาบาลลืมวัดความดัน เลยไม่มีคิวหมอ วัดเสร็จหมอพักเที่ยงรอไปอีก ชม. ชาตินี้อย่าเจอกันอีกเลย

I’m quite surprise. I had a tooth extraction the night before and I can barely feel any pain since! I thought it would be very painful, yet i was wrong.
It’s a decent hospital with a good location and English speaking staffs. I got a very detail & understanding dentist. He knew i was nervous as hell, then he said ‘you’ll be fine, this is my job, no need to be worry, you’re in the good hand’ and he did down my nerve there and then. He also gave me a lot of explanations about my gum & teeth condition include my next steps dental planning.
I didn’t feel anything at all when my teeth was taken for 15 mins straight. I couldn’t even feel the anesthesia injections got into my gum and the medicine that he given really works on me as well.

การให้บริการ / มารยาท / การพูดจา ของแม่บ้านที่ทำความสะอาดห้องน้ำลูกค้าชายหญิงด้านล่าง ที่ใส่แว่นตาแย่สุดๆๆๆๆ รพ. เอกชน ที่ค่ารักษาพยาบาลแพง กว่า รพ. รัฐบาล คนไข้หลายรายยอมเสียเพื่อให้ได้รับการบริการที่ดี แต่วันนี้ที่เจอ แม่บ้านทำความสะอาด กริยามารยาท แย่กว่า รพ. รัฐบาลอีก อบรมกันด้วยนะคะ

Stupid international reception. I couldn’t use AIG travel insurance without prior calling to insurance company (I don’t know why she didn’t call directly). I totally recommend Samitivej hospital.

นางพยาบาลที่นี่ยังไม่เก่งเท่าไหร่นัก/หมอก็อยู่ในระดับปานกลางค่ะ/แต่หมอด้านกระดูกจะชำนาญกว่า/โรคไต (หัวหน้าแผนกยังไม่โอหมายถึงหมอ)
มีหมอกำมันเก่งเรื่องสมองค่ะแต่บางทีหมอเก่งก็รักษาคนป่วยไม่หายหรือบางทีแย่ลงด้วยฤทธิ์ยา

The nurses are very nice. But Dr. Rojjarattanangkool in gastroenterology is a bad doctor. He has bad bedside manners (he presses hard on my abdomen and gets angry when I tense up a little). He didn't listen to my chest. He prescribed an antibiotic for my serious infection that has had little to no effect (I am still very sick). He has a big head but he is way too inexperienced. I also told him that a higher dosage Tylenol paracetamol causes me chest pains. He smiled and prescribed higher dosage Tylenol paracetamol extended release tablets. St. Louis Hospital should be aware of this.

คนไข้เลือดออก รอบแรกตรวจเสีย 2 พัน ไม่ถึง 20 นาที เลือดออกอีก รอบสองหมอกลับไปแล้ว บอกให้คนไข้ไปหา รพ. ที่ฝากครรภ์ ซึ่งต้องใช้เวลาเป็น ชม. จรรยาบรรณอยู่ไหน

I have been there on 2 Dec 2018 for a medical check up. It took about 3 hours to complete the whole check up including doctor consultation in the end. I paid 14,800 bath for the full package - package no three. They offers three packages. I found the receiption staff, nurses, doctors, canteen staff are perfect.
