Saint Louis Hospital

Good service. Price is decent. Many staff speak English. I went to see the orthopedic doctor, did x-ray, meet the doctor again and the get medicine and pay. In and out of the hospital in less than an hour, without appointment.

Downgrading my rating after the second visit. First diagnosis proved wrong. Disappointing as doctor jumped to conclusions without proper examination. Prescribed un-needed medicine like painkiller.

Second visit was just for an x-ray but they were unable to give me a price unless I see a doctor first. Seems they forgot the "not for profit" part of their organisation.

I have been going to St Louis after a friend recommended in 2009. Ever since I have been going there, once every year for annual check up. They also maintain my records, which is great.

I am a foreigner and I must say I have nothing but gratitude and respect for the great service, which comes at 2/3 of the price of other private hospitals in the same category.

Absolutely recommended.

ไม่แนะนำโรงพยาบาลนี้ เพราะ 1. จนท. แนะนำข้อมูลมั่ว 2. จนท. ไม่ยื่นเอกสารการเบิกประกันให้ แต่บอกว่าทำให้แล้ว พอตามกับประกัน จนท. ประกันบอกว่ารออยู่ โบ๊ะตรงที่โกหกหน้าตายทั้งๆที่จนทประกันอยู่ปลายสายกับดิชั้นจ๊ะ 3. จนท. ที่นี้ เวลาเค้าไม่พอใจเค้าให้เข็นรถเองนะจ๊ะ แถมโยนบัตรคืนให้ด้วยจ๊ะ 4. พอถามหาใบร้องเรียนทำเป็นหาไม่เจอจ้า ต้องเดินหาเพื่อเขียนเอง

Excellent place - went for orthopedic follow up for friend. Personable doctor, quick and friendly service and affordable. Recommended

I went here as a walk in to get some ear wax removed and received excellent treatment from a specialist at a reasonable price. A friend recently had hip replacement surgery here and was satisfied with the result. Go here and avoid Bumrungrad, BNH and other similar places if you do not wish to be excessively charged.

I visited the dentist section of the hospital for a root canal, crown and a few fillings. I fell like they charge premium prices while the facilities and equipment look quite old.

The endodentist was very good and gentle and the price of ฿12400 for two sessions seemed reasonable.
On the other hand the crown and the 3 sessions to fit it were billed ฿27700 which is way to high for Bangkok. And the later ฿7200 bill for 2.5 fillings and a cleaning was should have cost 3 or 4K max in any other place.

Lost a big dental lead at breakfast on a sunday morning. Arrived at Saint Louis around 8,45 h before being told that all the dentists on duty were fully booked but that I could wait in case of no show. I Was out at 10,30 h, fit and well, my cavity filled with a brand new lead. No pain, except for my purse Thanks for your services. Kop khun kap.

Staff were very kind and caring and the doctor and pharmacist spoke good English. I saw the doctor for an eye infection and the fee including eyedrops and medicine was around 2000 baht

I was excited with hospital service. I brought my mother to treat there, she had very bad symptom of born crack and obstruction no go to toilet 5 days. The specific Doctor very kindly, staff are helpful friendly all place clean and very neat.i am strong recomment to to all partient. Thank you doctor to treated my mom very well care.

Had a consultation about a colonoscopy procedure with a specialist, after been told by the Dr that it will cost around 20,000 bht which I think it is reasonable.

However, when the nurse start to prepare the documents and the procedures, the prices went up to 35,000 bht and more. I immediately decided that is excessively high and not to go ahead with the test.

I was hit by 1000 bht for a 3 mins consultation.

The hospitals dental clinics in Bangkok really taking the Farangs for a ride.

There are generally many hidden costs and none were explained until you see the bill.

I won't be back in a hurry!

บุคคลากรในรพ. มีอัธถยาศัยดีครับ ห้องอาหารสะอาดมากร้านอาหารก็อร่อย. ห้องน้ำถึงแม้บางส่วนยังไม่ปรับปรุงแต่ก็สะอาด ส่วนที่จอดรถในอาคารก็ลำบากนิดนึง เวลามีผู้มาใช้บริการมาก. บริเวณ ชั้น2ของอาคารจอดรถซึ่งเปนทางเชื่อมและจุดขึ้นลงของผู้ป่วย น่าจะมีเจ้าน่าที่มาช่วยเหลือบ้าง

Company I worked at had Saint Louis come to the office to do annual company check up. Staff and nurses polite but not a word of English. At the end of all the examinations with their mobile clinic, met the doctor who could speak English. All seemed was good. When got my result back the report said I should give up smoking and drinking and have an abnormal right upper lobe lesion. I don't smoke or drink and told this to the doctor when he asked. As for the lesion? Obviously they mixed my file up with someone else that smokes heavily and I'm sure I know who it is in our office who is always smoking and hacking.

I, unfortunately, had a two night stay in this hospital due to a stomach infection. The staff were incredible despite the language barrier. They took great care of me and were informative. The bill at the end was easy to understand and straightforward.

This is a large four star hospital. I heard it is the only hospital that is a non for profit hospital amongst the private hospitals here in Bangkok. The five star ones are for profit, however I feel the service is similar.
I found the doctors to be older and they liked working for this hospital. It also has a number of specialists who have regular clinics, but not everyday. Make an appointment.
The parking is good and close to the BTS.

Don't go there if you wanna do acupuncture.
My girlfriend went there, the doctor pierced her lung, 3 days in the hospital with artificial respiratory system and incapacity to move.
The only good point is that she was already in the hospital when it happened.

Came with with flu symptoms. Doc did not even listen to the chest for phelgm, just prescriped ordinary panadol and some other pills. His fee 1000baht! Meds 277 plus hospital fee 200. Definitely don't feel it's worth it given the amount of time spent on diagnosis.

We'll I went to two doctors, one oral and one bone, and both didn't really give a good diagnosis, I had thrush a yeast infection and a leg injury that is still pending, but going to the doctor's or a hospital is like throwing the dice, it's not a sure thing and different for everyone how it goes.
