I can say that Piyavate hospital have the best plastic surgeons in Thailand and one of them was Dr. Chakarin Suchakaro of Plastic & Reconstructive surgery department who had my cleft lip palate repaired and had done my ftmtopsurgery without drainage bags. Thanks to him, I had gained my confidence! Thank you Dr. C

Neither the cheapest nor the fastest but the staff are very detail oriented. Also seems to be one of the few hospitals still prescribing pseudoephedrine for sinusitis which is great since not much else works for me.

โรงพยาบาลที่ให้บริการดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ เจ้าหน้าที่มรรยาทดี สุภาพ การบริการตรวจสุขภาพ ถ้าได้นัดล่วงหน้าไว้ก่อนและมาตามเวลานัด ก็บริการได้รวดเร็ว (เริ่มตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้า) ส่วนกรณีผู้ป่วยCovid ก็มีอาคารแยกต่างหาก เท่าที่ทราบค่าบริการก็ไม่ได้สูงมาก
ศูนย์อาหาร อยู่ที่ชั้น3 อาหารรสชาติใช้ได้ครับ

วันนี้มาตรวจไข้หวัด คือพยาบาลทำงานเร็วมากแบ่งเป็นโชนให้คนที่เป็นไข้หวัดได้ตรวจได้เร็วขึ้น และยังใส่ใจ คนไข้ด้วย เป็นห่วงเราแหละ ปลื้มมาก ยกนิ้วให้เลย รพ นี้เลยค่ะ

This hospital and its staff were so friendly, compassionate and helpful when I came into the emergency room with a large laceration to my knee that severed a tendon which wouldn't stop bleeding. They hooked me up with pain relief and anxiety relief after only a few minutes of taking my details and stitched me up within a couple of hours, applied the appropriate bandaging to protect the wound and sent me on my way with pain killers to control the pain.

As a visitor to Bangkok at the time, I was incredibly surprised by the quality of the care provided at this hospital. I would definitely visit again should I need medical assistance during future visits. My girlfriend is Thai so I do visit the country often and she recommended this hospital to me for the quality of care. I would highly recommend to anyone.

ติดโควิด ตอนแรกไปรพ. พระราม 9 มาและมีปัญหาแพ้ยาฟาวิจากที่หมอจ่ายให้ ผื่นขึ้นเต็มตัว เลยมาแอดมิดที่ปิยะเวทวอร์ด 23 แทน มีเตียงว่าง ห้องสะอาดมาก และบริการดีมากๆค่ะ พยาบาลกับคุณหมอน่ารักทุกคน ติดตามอาการดีมาก ตรวจละเอียด อาหารก็อร่อย ถ้าป่วยคราวหน้าจะมาใช้บริการที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ ประทับใจมากกกก

Most horrible private hospital I’ve ever seen. They’re just gonna let you wait for hours without any communication no matter how sick you are.

Poor service and disappointed. Won’t come here for medical check up again. My friend come here for medical up and admitted one night. 4 nurses duty at ward level 15 and stay at the counter chit chat. Food coke did not help my friend bring the food and ask my friend come out took the food. His foot have gout and it was painful to take it. Where have let patients self collect food? Some more is private room! Order one rice at 3: 18pm and 4: 30pm still no come, come out remind them and they send us the cold food. We pay for it from hospital restaurant not free food. Really bad services and bad experience. Not recommended.

Here they have English, Thai, Arab and Chinese speakers. I’m not sure about German or Japanese language. There are 2 bldg in Piyavate hospital. The 1st building is the hospital bldg with a canteen on the 2nd floor. It is clean but not poshe. This place also provides efficient PCR testing for Covid at a cheaper price in town. The photos I posted here are the TRIA bldg, which is behind the main one. It’s like another world with a luxurious touch, a bistro (food very delicious), a world class spa with onsen and Thai massage. Sorry since photos of the onsen and warm water jacuzzi pool are not allowed to be taken, so they’re not here. Asking for promotional discounts make a huge difference. Forgot to mention the fitness and pool on the 2nd floor. Get for relaxing!

The most terrible private hospital I ever visit in my live. They work extremely slow like snail, don’t have knowledge that they supposed to know.

การบริการแย่ลงทุกปี โทรหาโรงพยาบาล ไม่มีใครรับสาย แย่มาก ซึ่งก็บ่งบอกระดับการให้บริการอย่างเห็นได้ชัดว่า ระบบและการบริหารไม่ตอบสนองคนรับบริการ

โมโหมาก เป็นโรงบาลที่จัดการได้แย่มากกับเรื่องติดต่อใบเสร็จที่ชำระเงินค่าห้อง hospitel ไปแต่ไม่มีช่องทางไหนรับผิดชอบลูกค้า ตอนเข้าก็โทรมาสอบถามประวัติและชำระค่ามัดจำทันที พอตามใบเสร็จกลายเป็นไม่มีข้อมูล ทั้งๆที่ชำระเงินผ่านไลน์นี้ แจ้งหลักฐานจ่ายเงินผ่านตรงนี้ ทำงานไม่มีข้อมูลลูกค้าเลย จะเอาความน่าเชื่อถือจากตรงไหนได้บ้าง โทรไปก็ไม่ติดสักเบอร์ที่ให้ไว้ แย่มากจริงๆ มีหลักฐานผ่านไลน์ทั้งหมดไม่ใช่การคอมเพลนปลอมใดๆ

ไปตรวจRt pcr มาที่ปิยะเวท วันอาทิตย์ ตอนเช้า ผลออกมาตอนกลางคืน ว่าเราไม่พบเชื้อกับหลานชาย ส่วนน้องสาวติด ไม่มั่นใจซื้อ atk มาตรวจขึ้น2ขีด งงกับการตรวจ เชื่อในผลตรวจ หรือatk ดีตรวจตั้ง4อัน ขึ้น2ขีดทั้งหมด เช้าวันจันทร์โทรไปที่รพ เขาบอกให้เอาผลatkมา แล้วจะตรวจใหม่ให้ฟรีพอถึงหน้างานเจ้าหน้าที่บอกต้องเสียเงินแล้วตรวจซ้ำไม่ได้ต้องรออีก5วัน โมโหมากไม่ประสานงานกันให้ข้อมูลผิดๆๆอีกเสียเวลาเสียเงิน3000 เจ้าหน้าที่บอกแลปได้มาตรฐาน ไม่มั่นใจวันอังคารเลยเสียเงินตรวจทีาอื่นตกลงคุณติดโควิทถาเชื่อที่ปิยเวทป่านนีู้กติดอีก โทรไปก็อยาก ไหนบอกจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่โทรกลับรออยู่นะ เงิน3000กินได้หลายวัน แย่มากตรวจผิดพลาดแล้วยังเงียบ ถึงได้คนติดกันเยอะเพราะเชื่อผตรวจจาก รพ

ชะเง้อถามพยาบาลที่ยืนข้างหลัง
สอบถามว่าต้องนั่งรอแบบนี้หรือคะแล้วจะทราบคิวได้อย่างไรพยาบาลไม่ทราบข้อมูลอะไรเลย
และไม่ได้มีทีท่าจะช่วยเหลือ
จนมีจนทออกมาจากข้างในเลยต้องพาลูกเดินไปถามว่าจะมาตรวจแบบนี้เขาถึงให้กรอกข้อมูล
ใช้เวลาประมาณ20นาทีจ่ายตัง
ตรวจ1นาทีเสร็จกลับบ้านฟังผล
แต่ผลออกเร็วมากสองชม. โทรมา
แจ้งว่าลูกสาวติดแต่ตัวเองไม่ติด

ชาวต่างชาติมาเป็นกรุ๊ปทำการตรวจคุยกันตลอดเวลาไม่ได้เกรงใจคนอื่นเพื่มความเสี่ยงเข้าไปอีก

โดยรวมคือไม่โอเคในระบบจัดการ
