I have been traveling a while and trying to hit gyms along the way, and this is (no exaggeration) the best gym I've been to the past year. A functional and no-BS attitude and all the equipment you could ask for: I had one of my best workouts in a long time. Pre-workout and post-workout shakes are also available for purchase to get the most of your workout!

Super cool vibe! Huge workout areas! Machines and Barbells, Dumbells, presses etc! On and On! Got a anytime 10 day pass (any 10 days) for 2600 TBH. Staff friendly. Coffee, protein shakes and meals all reasonably priced and tasty! Gym friendly. Not a stuck up attitude gym. Down to earth and real. The owner operator set a solid example to follow. Returning for more!

note: Someone posted a review of 1 star because it was 50C degrees in the gym. It's a lie! The gym is the perfect temperature to workout in. Like a cool humid breeze. One of the best gyms I've ever been to. The atmosphere is amazing and the equipment offers almost everything you could ever dream of. If you don't feel like training in this gym, then I don't know where you would.

The best gym in Asia. They have custom designed equipment for all levels of the game. A gym made by gym people including a former Mr. Universe. This is a serious place to train for aesthetics, strength, or shape. There is simply nothing like it.

My favorite gym all time. Has every best old school and new school machine. Has a nice ring and bags etc. This gym is for the ninjas.

Well, good equiped gym but. 320 THB/10Euro (I was there with my GF, so double the price - 640THB/20Euro) for a day pass. Pretty rough charge for ONE workout.
I work for the fitness industry and this price is even higher than the average charge for a single-day ticket in Germany.
Not exactly the way a sportsman would do.
But decide for yourself.

I went with a friend yesterday. I love the gym and its equipment, however.the price is too expensive (320baht per entry)! I am a visitor here and will be around for few weeks. I’m upset they don’t have any deals for tourists/visitors.best deal was 10day for 2600 baht.

I m impressed very good price for 1day pass. 250THB. They are selling protein shake for 80Thb. I checked the others between 856 /1300 THB. Not difficult to find by the underground. On Nut Station then you walk or go on motobike. Ask Muscle Factory

Great gym, really good equipment, good atmosphere!
Price for a day pass is 250 bhat. You can also get a good meal for about 150 bhat. A shuttle service which takes you to the main street is available.

Best gym i ever been to. Will book my apartment in bangkok near here (boreing area) because this gym is that good. Sucks my apartment is away from lots of massagesl places and gogo bar girls and night club but worth it for this gym since i go 5x a week. Tons of equipment.and lmao at that little peseant complaining about the price.get out of here. Iv paid close to $50 a day in some gyms that were litterally 1/10th of this gym.gym is perfect! Maybe if they had air condition it will make the gym better but other than that gym is perfect. Gym should be featured in a magazine its so good.

Has all equipments you'll ever need except a water fountain. Been to all kind of gyms all over Europe and US, never seen a gym without a water fountain though.

Pros:
Nice and huge hardcore gym, friendly staff. They offer tasty Thaifood as post workout meals and have a golfcart shuttle service that takes you back to Sukhumvit Road.

Cons:
In contrast to the prices on their website they charge 250 THB for the one-day pass instead of 200 THB. I do not like websites with outdated information - please update!

Really surprised with all equipment and price. We had a really good training with my partner but the best was the gym shuttle to the Main Street. Paid 250 for the single session which was value for money

You won't get much better in Thailand, let alone most of the world. Every type of equipment, no BS like pop music to turn you into a pansy, and only good rules exist like train hard.
Great post workout meals available too for a good price.
I walked all the way from a BTS station but I wouldn't advise this as it's quite a long way.

This gym is the bollocks bit far out but no worries it’s worth it long time goer works out cheap otherwise it’s 250bht a day so that is expensive they do food onsite too so nice chicken steak after a workout the gym has everything you need just not aircon

Everything you need to get strong. They often hold powerlifting competitions at this gym. Staff is friendly and equipment is always clean and well kept. If only they had air conditioning.

Can’t beat their daily use price. Good equipment. Staff was also easy to communicate with. Really, a great gym.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some of the members. Very judgmental and stare. I can bench 140-150kg (very good for most clean men) but some people will look at you like you are in their way and an inconvenience to them and waste of time. Just don’t make it a motivating workout environment. This is no fault of the gym.just some of the members have this attitude.

Awesome gym with nice staff. 200 baht for the day pass, 80 for the whey shake. They have every machine you could dream of, but get a towel, it can get really hot in there.

Since I took membership there.no any pickup or shuttle service is available.changing room is not clean and tidy.and no hot shower! I ordered whey protein.its 110baht.pretty expensive!
I didn’t hav any extra banana in my protection anyway

Best gym I have ever been to, amazing the amount of equipment they have. Really like that it tends to the fitness enthusiast, the more dedicated athletes. After the gym I had a 15 minute walk to "WonderWax" which was also perfect.
