Muscle Factory

It's a place worth coming to at least once, but it's so far out of town that I don't think I'd come twice. It had a proper old school feel and there were a lot of tools, but it didn't feel like there were a lot of usable tools.

The Mecca of gyms in Bangkok, and all of Thailand. It's large, packed with free weights, machines, lifting platforms, strongman equipment, boxing/muay-thai ring.
Good hard-core atmosphere

Brilliant bodybuilding gym. Got pretty much every machine you can think of in there. Day rates reasonable too

This is the Mecca of bodybuilding in Thailand. This is not a local gym for passive gym-goers or office-lunch break-cardio types. This is where serious athletes workout, and the teenagers who want to be like their idols. People travel here from all over me the world to workout. A lot of motivation for those pursuing aesthetics.

Equipment is old and used, and that’s what makes it great. Machines and equipment galore. Great, helpful staff. Reasonable prices.

Cons: entrance is a bit hard to find and Grab drivers often get confused using maps. It could use more air con, but if you workout in the evening it’s not a problem. I do wish they’d have more sprays and cloths so you can wipe down your machine after using it.

Lovely gym, just go there if you love to train powerlifting, bodybuilding or streetlifting in a real well-equiped gym. Lots of standardized weights. People there are really nice as well.

The best bodybuilding gym without a doubt, the price is 400bats but other gyms charge the same and cannot be compared at all with this one.
They offer good food at a reasonable price, drinks, supplements.all of good quality, really.

It is a very good place to train hard.

One of the Top Gyms in Bangkok. If you're a fitness enthusiast, then visiting muscle factory is a must. Play ground for leg day and any other body parts. You're bound to see quality athletes. It's big yes from me

The treadmills here all slip and are badly in need of maintenance. Someday someone is going to be badly injured using them and the owner will be sued. The stationary bikes are from the 80s and are functional. All have broken straps or broken something. The squat areas are great. There is a huge selection of other equipment, all poorly maintained although clean. It's a huge gym. It boils inside when it's 35 Celsius outside. In general, it's so old skool it refuses to graduate into anything approaching modernity.

Best collection of workout equipment in thailand, it’s rly big and has all the equipment you can want any serious bodybuilders must look into this gym THAT BEING SAID there is NO AIR CONDITIONING meaning it’s just a hot wear house (it was 95 degrees and sunny outside) with 2 fans.i stepped in and felt like i was melting before i even got to a machine to start a workout personally was a dealbreaker for me but if you can handle the heat it’s a great gym it would be PERFECT if there was air conditioning.pricing is good too

The owner is an extremely well-educated sports and nutrition trainer. He's always learning about various performance-related topics. He's helped me get out of joint pain and become a more well-rounded athlete. After about a year training here on and off, I can say that the people and atmosphere here are the best you can find. It's a no-nonsense gym with positive energy pointed at self development. Beginners are welcome and it's non-judgemental, but know that you will be motivated to improve yourself if you hang out here long enough!

Honestly…. 2nd best gym in the world imo and I’ve been to gyms in over 40 countries. The vibe is incredible. Lots of legends walked thru these doors, too. Found this place in 2018 and went there for a month and I was staying far away this time for 2 weeks but made the trip down twice for a day pass because it’s that good.

Will be back next month for a few days.

This Gym has everything you will ever need. If you live in OnNut get a motorbike to get you there. Service is excellent food and protein shakes are delicious. Everyone buys it even the locals. They even operate a free shuttle to get you from the gym to Sukhumvit road. Just ask nice and be patient

Proper weight lifting gym but 400THB for a single entry is quite frankly absurd
. Added a star seems like 400 is the going rate, still ridiculous though

The best gym in Bangkok hands down. Come train with the big boys! Great atmosphere, equipment and people.

Awesome muscke gym which a lot machine to build muscle. Its properly for people like a natural air a little bit hot but ok.

There are things that need to be improved. They should have had paper towel and disinfectant sprays! So people can clean after themselves after using the equipments Plus women toilets can’t flush very well.

Excellent gym for serious weightlifting, bit of a steep walk-in price (320 baht) so far out of the center but you won’t find anything lacking here.
