The food was a delightful surprise. The difference between a simple pasta done superbly and your average pasta is night and day.

Very nice and decent wine selections. Also very nice service even tho the food could be a bit better

Great wine! The jazz band on Tuesday is awesome. The service is great. I cam there soaking they even have a scarf on top of my wet cloth. Will go there again for sure.

The atmosphere was very nice.
But their Aioli Olio was very very salty and they forgot our Carbonara. The guy confirmed our order and we heard him say our Carbonara when we made the order but it did not come which was a disappointment. When we asked one of the waitresses, she just looked confused and didn’t seem to comprehend.
The food was way too expensive for the overall taste and service. It was more expensive than our 5-Star hotel room service with just two glasses of wine, one pasta and one appetizer.
Waiters/waitresses were mostly on their phone or were very loudly chatting to each other. I guess we came in very close to the closing time but still.it wasn’t very nice.
We won’t be going back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s not worth the money. There are better and tastier restaurants around here than this place.

Porkchop was out so got pork belly instead that day, chewy.

Squid was great though.

Good Italian food with pasta, wine, pizza & grilled meat. Have indoor & outdoor seating with casual old style house. Difficult to access by foot, need car or Grab Taxi.

Nice place! Good selection of wine with a decent price unlike many other restaurant in Bangkok that always overcharged for the wine.

The place is gorgeous. The ambient is very romantic. The food was just so so. We ordered rabbit rague and Italian sausage rague. The pasta was cooked perfectly but rague didn’t taste that good.

High quality food, wine selection, atmosphere, and service. Priced a bit high but justified considering the quality.

Pleasant Surprise.
I discovered this place wandering with my wife around Bankgkok really hungry and looking for a place to eat different from Thai cousine.
In a minute we were sorrounded by a familiar and elegant atmosphere, and welcomed by the young and talented sicilian Chef.
We ordered lamb with mushrooms sauce and octopus, also some red noth-italian wine at glass.
The food was delicious and fine presented, the wine was intense. I had a chance to look at te wine cellar and saw some fine high class
Sassicaia and Barolo bottles.
Be advised: this is not a cheap place to eat fast food.

Nice decoration and music, but not Italian style. Most foods are still acceptable, excludes appetizers. Especially tartar is the worst.
The most profound is the quality of service what the waiter did not provide considerate service.for example, No replacement plate, No steps are taken, No smile. But most important is No control of the environment and atmosphere.

The dinner is as loud as a food court.just want to finish eating soon. My feeling will not come back.

Come here for the great wine selection, wide range of cheeses, which are so hard to find in Bangkok.

Cozy place with great Italian food (Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe with truffles) and a great wine selection. Wine prices are decent (at least for Bangkok), but the food is somewhat expensive. Nonetheless, it is worth it!

The menu selection is OK. No specials at night? We were not offered any.
Anyway there are a few factors to consider during service operations:
1) Greetings and orders
If you are running a restaurant like Casa Nostra there is a must to greet customers. My experience tonight was not personalized at all. The captain seems to be an introvert person rather than an outgoing person. The Chef looking at his mobile during operations right at the bar. These are little details than can put at risk a business.

The waitress serving us seemed to be in a rush. She came 3 times in a lapse of 5 minutes to ask us if we were ready to order. We even had not look at the menu. The light is very dull, you cannot see a thing inside right by the bar.

The waitress taking our table orders did not understand very well our accent. Shame, she confused a cold wine with a warm wine. I kindly requested a cold wine as my wine was very warm. When she brought it back, the wine was not the same, that is sad. She even showed a bottle but I touched it and was not cold. I was NOT in the mood to discuss it further.

2) Menu.
Burratas are overpriced, not seasoned perhaps only with rock salt. Well yes the condiments are on the table, but why bother.
Gnocchi, too much sauce that was not seasoned at all. I even had to ask for the parmiggiano as I was not offered any.
Branzino was ok, tasty. Taste of 2 Costoletta alla Milanese was OK a bit high the price.
Panna cotta tart. What is this? Awfull. I only ate the panna filling inside the tart, I may guess that the portion did not even had 10 grams of panna cotta. Terrible rip off for THB 280. The fruit compote.from frozen.

3) Billing
What a confusion. Chianti with Rosso di Montalcino, bottles of water that we did not ask for them.they charged us 3 of Panna and 3 of Pellegrino. We only asked one of each.

Overall, not a very nice experience. Saddly We will not go back. Maybe tonight was not the night.

Very disappointing place. Food is very blend, small portions and no originality whatsoever. If I pay a premium for food I expect something much better. This was really not worth the price

Relax atmosphere. Nice white wine chosen by sommelier (Mark), easy to drink on chill Sunday. Food is also very nice. Try roast Mediterranean octopus and tomatoes hairloom salad. The best!
