Hotel de Bangkok, PRATUNAM โรงเเรม เดอ บางกอก

One of the worst experiences of my Thailand trip. The staff was rude, the rooms were depressing and getting even a glass of water was a task. I would strongly suggest that you give this a skip.

This hotel is located in narrow alley. There is no pool or gym like what another reviewer said. The room was indeed very roomy and it is about a 10-minute walk to the Ratchaprarot link stations. However, the impression I had of the room was that it was quite old and it smelled like a chemical cleaner. I think it might be the bath soap that they have. After a while, you get used to the smell, but I think they should change their shower gel or bath soap to something that smells less like a chemical cleaner. I would give a better review if it were not for the key card deposit. When I checked in, the front desk asked for a 100 baht key deposit but when I checked out, the man said that they do not take deposits for keys and if they did, it would be 300 baht. That was odd. I felt like I was lied to. I do believe their staff needs more training on hospitality. Other than that, it was an okay place to rest my head.

It's amazing hotel with really good space and in room and bathroom nice swimming pool and gym and more. I do recommend them.

Really awesome place to stay for a pleasant holiday with family. Check in 2 pm check out 12 pm. They were very strict about it. But baggage can be dropped at reception for early check in or late check out. Tasty bf. Apt for european and indian travellers. Really recommend this place.

Hidden a short way down a small lane, this hotel offers a quiet stay in the busy city.

Room was clean and comfortable. The only place to smoke is on the ground floor.

Breakfast was great.

7-11 less than 5 mins walk away. The airport link is an easy work walk as well.

I just loved this hotel.i stayed here for 2 days and i just loved em.they were so kind staff is so generous and kind. I am going to visit them again when i get back in bangkok.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The receptionists were nice too. The rooms are clean and are airconditoned. Shampoo and soap are provided in pumps. Rooms have showers and bath tubs in case you want a bubble bath. Drinking water is provided every day and is cleaned too with fresh towels. There was only one time our room wasnt cleaned and she was so apologetic. This wasnt her fault at all as they were short staffed. I would definitely go again. The breakfast is nice too but you may ge bored eating the same thing for 7 days straight. Places are nearby and at walking distance to Ratchaprarop train station that can take you directly to the airport so no need for a taxi. Love this place

Old room, water disruption, bathroom poor maintenance, bathtub leaking, price doesn't match the quality

Rooms are pretty comfortable, and the food is good (although somewhat lacking in variety). The A/C in my room was kind of broken, but it wasn't a major issue. The no Durian policy pretty strange. Smoking inside rooms, as well as lobbies and the dining area is prohibited

Old hotels with well maintainance. Thumbs up for the the hotel management. Housekeeping was good. Price was affordable. Their breakfast menu was delicious although not too much variant. But compare to hotel rate there was nothing to complaint. Hotel location inside alley which I consider was good for resting, no sound or smoke pollution.
Hotel had nearest airport rail link station ratchaprarop made easily access to/from airport. The distance only around 500 metres by walking. I will stay again in this hotel if I Re visit Bangkok again.

Awesome staffs.sufficient necessities.comfortable facility. Easy reach to Airport Link and interesting tourist attraction places. Breakfast is delectable. This place is highly recommended to visit.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Only reason for 3 stars is the room was a bit run down. Staff were great and helpful and the breakfast was simple but enough to get your day started.

One of the best hotels in pratunam area bangkok.
Staff: very coopertive and friendly. Last day before checkout we found there is some issue with AC they responded immediately and tried to resolve.
Rooms: clean spacious comfy bed and bathroom is also clean with shower and tub. Shopping: Walkable distance to shopping area like pratunam market, indra mall, platinum mall etc. Hotel is situated just less than 100 mtrs to main road.
Do try street food in pratunam market if you stay in pratunam area
Interior: decor was awsome with soo many plants.even in the smoking area they decorated with lightings umbrellas trees etc. (beautiful lightings in the nights)
Food: best, tasty, healthy breakfast buffet with variety spread. (but same menu everyday)
Overall this hotel is affordable with good hospitality.
Anybody planning to visit bangkok.i recommed you to stay here.

Our overall stay was fine. Unlimited coffee in the room. I just think they have to work on the sound proofing of the room. We can hear the sound from the other room - children crying, sound of the shower, etc. There was no available room slippers. They have to clean bathroom wall stains.

Good location, very close to train station. Room is very average.size is reasonable but facilities are not great, e.g. Water was leaking from bath tub to toilet for.

I like this hotel as is cosy and comfortable. Breakfast is sufficient and nice.i would definately come back to stay here for.my next vidit to Bangkok

I stayed at that Hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed it. I had a superior room with a king size bed. The room was cleaned and large. I arrived late night and the receptionist had a big smile and very helpful. The cleaning staff, the kitchen ladies were all wonderful. I am definitely staying there again when I am in Bangkok.
Did I say breakfast is free and delicious!
Also, the hotel is really at walking distance to everything that is said about it (overview) Thanks to all the staff.
