I had a wonderful stay at Hotel de Bangkok. Very welcoming staffs and making me feel at home. The way the staffs greet guests were highly appreciated along with their support provided. Their was a lady (wearing black blazer with short hair cut) who appears to be a supervisor welcoming guests in a very well mannered and jovial way during breakfast time in the lounge. The security man is appreciated too for his help and support. And to mention the jovial and pleasant Mr Vong for his tremendous assistance during my stay at the hotel and this is highly appreciated. Besides his works, he maintains a great hospitality towards the guests and kind in person. Thank you so much. Special thanks also to the lady who works from morning till very late night and for her help provided to me.

Clean but old facility.
No choice meat for chicken alergies like me for the menu breakfast.

Nonsense hotel.they close the restaurant at 8-2pm … no dinner is served, when it rained heavily with all roads logged with water the manager said take off ur shoes n walk to go restaurant around corner … Attitude is very bad

I stayed six nights. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. Location is very close to shopping district. Value for money is 5 star. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Pratunam, Bangkok.

Good location of the hotel, acceptable breakfast for 3 stars, the room is clean. The entire hotel is clean, tidy and pleasant.

Excellent location. Walking distance from Ratchaprarop station. Had a lot of shopping options within walking distance. The room was decent size but the bathroom needs a revamp. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful.

The maid opened the door while I was sleeping. I didn't hang a sign for him to clean up. But he still opened the door. When I went to inform the receptionist The reception staff did not reply. In addition to the word "agree" That was the only word the receptionist said to me. With a calm expression

Nice hotel, a bit outdated but clean and with bath tubs. Very near shopping areas. I love their breakfast! Their chicken in green curry is a must and fried rice.they have salad, soup, fruit, bread section aside fr their rice and main dishes with several beverage to choose from!

I booked 5 rooms for 4 nights and was given 2 upgraded rooms, which was nice. The upgraded rooms had balcony, and the bedroom was great. However, the bathrooms were old, and didn’t look clean and was old. The non-upgraded rooms were with windows facing the corridor. The breakfast buffet was nice and had changes. The staffs were helpful and nice. There’s a laundromat and laundry service which is 150thb for 12kg of clothes to wash, dry, fold and deliver to the hotel lobby. The location is just okay. There’s a 7-eleven near by, but is a little far to walk to the shopping area district. Not so much to eat around the hotel.

Stayed 4 nights at this great hotel. The room was clean, and they replace your used towel with a new one everyday. The check in and check out process was very easy. Booked it from Agoda for around 21US$
I stayed on 4th floor which is great, because the less noise you will hear from the road. The hotel was located few steps from road, in a small alley but accessible by car. Indra square and pratunam market was 10 minutes walk away from here, walk another 5 minutes then you will arrive at Platinum Fashion Mall.
If you wished to travel around Bangkok by bus, just walk to the road, turn right and walk 3 minutes, then you will find Rang Nam Station just in front of Seven Eleven store. Bus number 73 will take you anywhere between Ratchaprarop and China Town.
Will stay here again another time i come to Bangkok.

Super economical hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Costed $150 for 8 nights. Clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast not included so plan accordingly. 2 minutes walk from Rail link. 5 minutes away from Central world and other big malls. Highly recommended

The hotel was good
But be careful with the rude staffs of this hotel. They have a very poor communication which will put us into trouble. Please ensure what ever commitment they give is taken in writing or else they will simply confuse their commitment and penalise the customers. We were given late check-in for few rooms for which we requested late check out + late check out fee which we paid but when we returned they never agreed to open our room doors without paying the full day rental. They threatened to call the police. Indians are ill treated by them for no reasons. So be careful about your choice to book this hotel.

Best hotel at reasonable price; complementary breakfast was superb; the location is da best; has direct sky train from airport; da hotel staff were absolutely pleasant.overall an absolutely fantastic stay.thank you

We orderd 2 rooms in 6 month in advance but still
They said they are fully booked and this is why we got 2 separate rooms in different floors.
Also one room was not very clean

I had a Nice an spacious room with balcony which u can smoke in it, free wi-fi, free breakfast buffet, has a coffee shop in side, affordable

Location is in central, easy access from both airport. Spacious room and good breakfast, eventhough we got bored with the menu after the third days. Will come back again next time i m in bangkok.

Really lovely hotel. The rooms were quite westernised and the food was great. We got the free breakfast too and that was a nice selection of different things as well as traditional things.
