Easily the best craft beer bar in BKK. Having an incredible selection of bottles that you won't find elsewhere in Thailand on top of having friendly knowledgeable staff, you're gonna be in good hands if you love craft beer. I've managed bottleshops/taprooms in Seattle area with as many as 450+ beers and 32 taps, and these guys are on point and doing it right. They don't let beer sit, lines are always clean, and they always have current stuff coming into rotation. Staff is well trained and able to make recommendations based on other craft favorites you have tried or to help identify ingredients which you might not be able to identify yourself. Definitely don't sleep on this place, it's a must try if you are visiting Bangkok or beginning to branch into the world of craft beer.

Great find, Crazy selection of beer on tap that is different every visit and way to many bottles (good way) slightly hidden but only a seconds walk from BTS phrom phong. The guy and gal behind the bar know the products and give you tasters to help you decide, you can tell they hate their job cuz they had to taste the new beers as they hit the taps (joking)

Epic place for beer lovers, super cool knowledgeable staff, customers are really friendly too which is great because I often am out alone.

If you love craft beer or want to learn more about it, this is one of the better places to come. Sample different crafts, indulge in a couple of pints of the latest crafts on tap and soak up the knowledge of the staff in non pushy surroundings. It’s simply a nice place to come, relax and unwind.

Good range of beers (13) on tap and many more in the fridge. Friendly staff and upbeat music. Good spot to have a small get together with mates.

The bar serves 13 varieties of tap craft beers and many options in bottles. There is always a month special that is served in big glasses.
Staff service is really good and everyone is super knowledgable and passionate about explaining the details of each beer.
I like the mood here. Food is also nice thou the options are limited. Fair enough for the proposition of the bar.
It is located a bit hidden in the outside parking area of Villa Market close to soi 33.
There is a videogame machine really cool great for those who love Atari and other classic games.
Gin bar on the 2nd floor is really nice.

Awesome craft beer focused bar with a great selection of beers. The decor of the place is quite unusual and quit awesome if you ask me, resembling some sort of autopsy room.

It would definitely get 5 stars if beers weren't so damn expensive here!

Really like the vibe here. Fantastic selection of craft beers and many rare beers you won’t be able to find in other parts of South East Asia. As Thailand has a heavy import tax for foreign beers (as microbreweries are mostly banned in Thailand), your beers will be much more expensive as compared to the local giants like Singha/Chang/Leo. There’s a nice cocktail bar above it. Check it out too!

Hands down the best craft beer bar in Bangkok for import beers. 13 taps and a large selection of bottles and cans in the fridge. Excellent choice of beers from all over the world, knowledgeable staff and a cool atmosphere. A must go if you’re in Bangkok and love good beer! Great food too if you get hungry. Keep in mind prices for imported craft beer in Thailand are high due to ridiculous import taxes imposed by the government.

Good choices of beer yet staff are so rude and insulting. I had small street food with me inside and when we entered, staff started overreacting and claiming that smells so bad, yet it was just a small dried squid. They screamed and lit up candle that everybody inside looked at us. Instead of asking us nicely to just throw it outside. They made a commotion and humiliated costumers. Well cheers to the very rude american dude inside the bar.

Amazing beer selection! Whatever your in the mood for they have it! The staff are super friendly and really knowledgeable. The place has such a cool vibe which is definitely unique. The food was also delicious! Overall it’s definitely a place to check out!

Best high-end craft beer bar in Thailand, refreshing contrast to the usual Beervana beers commonly sold around town. 13/14 taps and an immense selection of bottles/cans, knowledgeable staff and friendly owners. They also serve great food.

Had a great time at Hair of the Dog. Tried a couple craft beers I'd never heard of, chatted it up with knowledgeable staff and regulars, and had a fantastic gin tonic at their gin bar. If I'm ever back in bkk, I'll be back at HoD.
