Very friendly service from staffs and manager. Great food. Go early when they just open, so not crowded.

A very luxurious setting. First class service and Menu. All the meals were of the highest quality and Our Sicilian red wine complementEd the meal perfectly. We all enjoyed the experience. Thanks to Matteo for your hospitality.

Very decent Italian restaurant to be honest. Sunday brunch was worth going for. Out of 4 available courses, all was solid, mains being the highlight (pasta could be more moist though). Service was professional and unobtrusive. There is impressive wine cellar which is worth exploring (next time).

Overall taste great! Love many dishes esp.the steak real juicy and tender, but pork is not recommended too dry. Cheese platter and pasta were both nice, salad and risotto were less than ok.
Great disappointment with the service they cooked real slow we waited for ages til each dish were served. Need to improve!

The tradition build from Gianni is well enforced and developed from the Son. If you don't know this amazing restaurant is time to try.

Every single dish nailed it, here they ranged from delicious to fantastic. Interior and space is gorgeous, hands down the best fine dining experience in Bangkok.

Worst service ever.if you are considering this place, rethink again. We went to this place for the first time for business dinner. I have to say that taste does not matter at all.or I can tell honestly that taste is so-so, compared to another italian restaurant closed by, this one is not that level. However the server is the worst ever!

One of person in our table tried to order a beer.however, it feels like it s gone in the air. When he was asked about the entree, he asked for his beer again.now the server started complaining about how he is busy today, he has to hand to handle this.bla bla.sorry it is just a beer. It is not our business to listen to your busy day. This is supposed to be a nice sit down dinner, not cafeteria.

Again, when we were about to order dessert.as a local Thai people, i asked others about possibility of sharing dessert. BUT the server turned to me and said “no share” in a rude way. I understand western culture.but we are in Thailand and he is Thai. And he can tell be in a professional way.

Lastly, after everyone ordered dessert.since we are not allowed to share. BUT something happened again.my husband did not receive panna cotta he ordered. Once we asked, same server said he wrote only one panna cotta instead of two.no sorry.no attempt to try to get a new one.no hospitality at all.

I have to say.the service here is terrible, worst and disgusting.

I will not ever never go to this place again.

If you want good italian food, there is another one closed by this place.search for it. I confirm you get much better and professional service.

Taste wise, it was very good. Service wise, terrible. The guy waiter responsible for our table gave a low quality service, making rude menu recommendations such as “thai style pastas that would suit us more”, and claiming “without ordering the full course menu, you wouldn’t make a fine italian dining restaurant, but just any ordinary thai restaurant”. In regards to the price we pay, we do not pay for this quality of service. Customers were looked down upon and not treated equally. Very disappointed and would not go back. We’ve been there for several times prior to its new location. Never expected this level of service to degrade with it.

They have moved to this new place from Tonson in Jan 2020. The food quality and services remain excellent!

Of course the starter is my favourite - buffalo mozzarella with tomato. This time we have ordered grilled fish in own shop, crispy and juicy.
Slow cooked short beef is tender and delicious and with tasty side dish. Finish with Apple crumble with vanilla icecream.

Today is the 5th day of opening at Athenee Tower. It's just relocated from Tonson with the same menus, same price, same group of staff and of course same food quality. Advanced reservation is recommended for dinner even weekdays. Lunch set is also available as usual.

The complimentary bread was cold and stale. The food wasn't as tasty as usual. The service was i sincere and contemptuos towards customers.

Stunning 5 course dinner prepared by the amazing Chef Gianni, who crafted an oven-baked Seabass to match a Brunello.

Not recommend at all. Service is not welcoming and food flavor is ok and price is way too expensive.

The truffle soup is perfect and a must if you're visiting Gianni's. Also highly recommend the Eggplant Parmigiana. Overall, always a great place to celebrate an occasion or enjoy a good Italian dinner. Staff are incredibly detailed and attentive and provide warm and personalized care to each guest. The menu is filled with options with sometimes a special seasonal dish as well. Food on or off menu is also quite vegetarian friendly!

Gianni is by far one of the finest Italia restaurant in Thailand. Quality has been consistently very good with good play on seasonal ingredients. In my opinion, Gianni make some of the best pasta and risotto dishes ever. One must try Vitello Tonnato which is just amazing. The restaurant has been around well over 20 years and yet the quality has been consistently great. Service is very attentive and efficient. Excellent wine list with very fair pricing. Highly recommended.

Coming back to Gianni's at each Bangkok visit, always excellent and elegant.i had the vitello and the black ink pasta, both excellent, tiramisu was very good also.
