Too pricy for the overall meal, service and atmosphere. Yes the ingredients were quality, but the dishes we felt were underwhelming (for the price) and required more seasoning. (milk pudding dessert was very good however). No wine list, so don't know the price of the glasses we ordered. Didn't tell us the weight of steak, thus we don't know how much it would be. Room was hot and very difficult to get in and out of seats.

A small and friendly space. All the food we ordered was spectacular, especially the Kaprao Miyazaki Beef was so tender. The staff also told us they have lobster and uni on that day and we told them to put them in pasta. All of their seafood was among the best quality of freshness and taste. We also had a good view of the open kitchen as they only have counter seats which face the kitchen. The staffs were nice and friendly. Looking forward to the next the time to go there and enjoy myself again.

Our dinner at flat marble is nothing short of excellent. We had the Miyazaki A5 tenderloin and fried rice which was cooked with some of the steak. The black truffle scallops was fresh and pan seared to perfection.

Cons: High on the price tag but worth it. We paid about $180 for 2 without dessert and wine.

Pro tips: Make your reservation at least 5 days in advance.

The price is not according to what you eat, if you pay 60 $ USD (1890 THB) for a truffle pasta dish it has to be perfect and it's not like that. The food is not bad but it is very expensive for the quality it offers. We did not try the meat but the pasta is not worth it.

Great quality ingredients and delicious tasting food.

On a personal note, I'd say the pan-searing and grilling in general were not enough to my likings. The surfaces of scallops and the meats could have gone through a little more intense heat to have some more 'contrast' in surface and internal 'texture'. And the pasta was a bit overcooked to my likings, but apart from these points, everything tasted really good.

Now is the best steak I have ever had, though the seats are small, but the food and service very stunning!

อาหารพอใช้ แต่เมนูพาสต้าทะเลรวม ราคาสูงเกินไปเพราะในรูปกับของจริงไม่ตรงปก มีอูนิชิ้นเล็กๆมา2-3ชิ้น ในราคา1,890 คิดว่าราคาแรงไป อย่างอื่นพอใช้
