Enoteca Bangkok

Sorry, but not my kind of food. Italian signature dishes which I test here are Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe and Spaghetti boiled in Tomato sauce. Failed miserably because both pastas were undercooked. The spaghetti failed to absorb the cheese or tomato sauce.
I cannot remember that I was ever served undercooked pasta during all those years in Italy. So I thought maybe their concentration is more about wine but was disappointed when the second bottle of their menu recommended wine didn't taste the same as the first one, same wine, same vintage.

The place has a great service and absolutely delicious food.
The sole reason for 4 stars is because in place of this level (and price) you’d expect everything be perfect, but music here is just waaay too quiet. It’s nice not having to shout over the music, but having to whisper not to disturb other clients isn’t great either. Slightly more volume would make the atmosphere better:)

It is a popular Michelin Guide dining where you mostly find foreigners here. The food overall is good if you don’t prefer a course, can pick a la carte. If you are unlucky, you can meet the crowd so it may not be the romantic place.
For private party, pick private room to have some space for decoration.

Our Enoteca experience was just perfect. We ordered the Degustation Menu with wine pairing, and it was the best choice. Price is reasonable for the food quality and service. Food is tasty beyond words, definitely one of the best fine dining restaurants in Bangkok. Looking forward our next visit.

Beautiful dishes, tasty, rifined, great service, nice atmosphere in a little house in the middle of Sukhumvit. Nice discovery menu for 1800B.
