A hidden gem right in the middle of downtown. Very good Muay Thai trainers and a big well equipped gym. Good choice for overseas travellers to get some training in on their biz trip.

I joined about a week ago and have been doing private training with Trainer Gong and Trainer Boy. It has been awesome so far and am learning lots.

I had very high hopes for this place, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I didn’t feel very welcomed by the staff as someone new to the gym, and wouldn’t recommend it for someone who is relatively new to Muay Thai. However, the caliber of the facilities and trainers is very good.

Excellent. Could not have found a better place to train muay thai in Bangkok. From the moment you walk in and get shown around by manager (Jeremy) you feel welcome. Their various training rooms and gym equipment are very new and well kept. Their trainers although not fluent in English are some of the best I've trained with here or abroad they really focus on students. But be prepared to work harder than you ever have before. At least you can have a swim in their outdoor pool when finished to unwind.

Extraordinary experience and would definitely consider a revisit. Staffs are welcoming and well-equipped with Muay-Thai techniques. The 2-hour session also include aerobic and muscle strengthening programs. It'd be much more fun for people with some beginner-level experience but first timer would also benefit greatly.

I am so happy the Muay Thai part is opened again. I come to train every evening now again. The best trainers in business accustomed to train all levels. I cannot wait for the gym and pool part to open too soon. Definitely the best equipment in town. And oh my the sauna after for recovery is just heaven.

Went for a Muay Thai class based on their description "our luxury gym is the ideal facility in downtown Bangkok for professional martial arts training", but was very disappointed. The trainers brought their young children, and they were running around the training area while we tried to have class. They weren't being watched and they came onto the floor and were bumping into people and kicking people while we were trying to do pad-work. So unprofessional. How is that a "professional martial arts training? Lol. Better to go to Big Box on Rama 4.

Awesome gym. I did 1 group western boxing and 2 private boxing sessions with Youssef. The class was brillant and Youssef taught me a lot and it was an intense workout. The facilities are really good and the staff are super friendly.

Friendly reception staff, great view and great facilities. Sadly it ends there.
I attended a western boxing class which turned out to be more of a fitness class with an unfriendly instructor who told us to do some light sparring at the end. When I put in a gum shield he said ‘not necessary’ (no one else wore gumsheilds apart from me for the drill) and I was a little shocked. He then proceeded to proudly show in his mouth where he had broken half a tooth doing sparring and laughed about it. If you are serious about training boxing in BKK this is not the gym for you.

Muay Thai session was a bit disorganized and quite light compared to other MT camps in Thailand. There were few pad rounds and they were very short, and I spent a lot of time freestyling on the heavy bag or doing a looong light sparring session with an exhausted beginner.

The facilities are clean though, the view is very nice and the staff is friendly and fun to train with.

Clean facilities and good equipment, stunning views. Nice swimming pool and welcoming staff.

Walked in to a group Muay Thai session. It felt a bit disorganised. Seems better for people who are more autonomous. Only 3 rounds of pads felt a bit light to be honest, especially given there was only 3 students at this class.

Overall it seems like a decent place to train and experience might be better if you’re a regular.

Review for: Muay Thai Group Class (2hr//16: 00-18: 00//535baht)
Overall:
Great facility, great workout, but would not recommend for beginners or anyone looking to lay a solid foundation for Muay Thai techniques!
Detailed:
I definitely felt sore from this class the next day, but overall was disappointed in feeling like I did not learn any actual Muay Thai, and was more soon to be laughed at by instructors than taught. For 535 baht, I could've probably taken a cheaper plain workout class in the area and have felt just as sore (and maybe more accomplished?). However, the facilities were amazing, and the views were stunning. The rest of the group too was very fit and motivating!
Overall recommendation for the business:
- if the group classes are indeed NOT for complete beginners, please put a disclaimer up! It is OK to recommend folks have previous experience or pay for a 1: 1 before trying out any class session.
- if the class sessions ARE for a variety of skill levels (including complete beginners), be more deliberate and structured in how you accommodate for the varying skill levels. There were ~4 instructors present for the class, but it felt very disorganized and unclear who was instructing, who was just a student, and who just happened to be around. Especially for the sparring portion of the class, I'd recommend splitting up the class into 3 groups: Group 1- beginners, with an instructor to focus on techniques and basic movements, Group 2- intermediate, with an instructor to focus on the basics of sparring (combination moves, defensive tactics), Group 3- advanced, with an instructor supervising sparring and supporting as needed. I felt very lost in the sparring and to be mocked by instructors doesn't help for someone who has never sparred before and came to learn! There will probably be classes where there are 0 beginners- but just having a plan for how to support the specific training needs of the group is a crucial aspect to any successful workout class that welcomes a broad range of skill levels.
-introduce yourselves to the class before starting! It is just helpful to know instructors names before starting a 2 hour class.

I had absolutely no experience with martial arts when I tried the Muay Thai group training during my holiday in Bangkok (550 baht). Bas, the guy at the reception speaks perfect English and was very helpful with all my questions.
So let me tell you, if you are a whimp you shouldn’t try the training here. It was by far the hardest training I ever had! The group was awesome, despite my poor performance they didn’t make fun of me but helped me a lot. Also the facility itself is great, located on a rooftop with a pool.
Definitely coming back here when I am in Bangkok again!
