Elite Fight Club reviews
52It's very friendly and fun to exercise with.kittisak trainer is very funny and provides good information.
I have taken a few private lessons and a group lesson. It was a great experience and I learned a lot. Thank you Beng and see you next time.
Me and my friend did a couple of private boxing classes and a group class with Wasim, a pro boxer from South Afrika, and it was super good! A lot of attention for technique and a welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to train really good boxing to go here and take a private or group class from him. Elite fight club is also a great facility with everything you need and more. A big dressing room, a swimming pool, restaurant and weights area. And last but not least the best vieuw I have even seen in a gym. They also do Muay Thai ofcourse and I hear it's really good too.
Wasim is an exceptional boxing coach! His ability to explain the basic techniques clearly and accurately is truly impressive. He is a valuable asset for anyone looking to improve in this sport.
Amazing facility and one of the go to Muay Thai academies in Bangkok. I built a personal relationship with all the coaches there and they are experts in their fields. I will be back for sure just trying different gyms in bkk as there are plenty in saying that if you are visiting Bangkok or living here and want a facility to train and hone your skills #EFC is the place to go!
Amazing gym! Great facilities, coaches, and training partners. Best training view you could ask for overlooking Bangkok. I also booked 2 private sessions with boxing coach Wasim Mather (instagram wm_boxing_) and they were amazing. He improved my technique, understanding of boxing, and even offered to send me online drills so I could continue to work back home.
I got membership in this is club for 3 month just coast 5k, that included classes HIIT, gym, swimming pool. Huge gym with new and for every details machines. Very nice long swimming pool and restaurant with healthy food. I recommend!
I enjoyed my trainings in this place! Warm up, technics and sparing. My favorite place in Bangkok for Muay Thai in Bangkok.

Very nice environment, equipment, and faculty there. Been training there for two weeks and everything is nice. Had private class with boy and group class. You will meet people from all around the world coming to learn Muay Thai, Bjj, MMA.
Great place to train with an amazing experienced coaches specially Toei and Poei, I'm new training muay thai here and they were so patient with me trying to correct me all the time with a smile, so I'm very happy that I found this gym, I highly recommend it to those who want to start learning Muay thai. Also the whole staff are very attentive and will help you with any questions that you have, specially Jeremy.
Great training session. The coaches are extremely skilled and run a good Program. Will be back!
Very good and strict training I always had trainer eay on me helping me with my technic I will visit this gym again for sure!
Good facilities, good view, good martial art techniques. However, I felt that the coach is NOT welcoming at all (at least the one I did padding work with). I was eager to learn the correct posture so I asked him to show me the right move. Before showing me the right one, he was making fun of what I did and laughing at it with another guy. I was very disappointed. This is NOT COOL.
If you have good skills but you don't have the open-minded attitude and can't be respectful then please don't be a coach. Otherwise you will be pushing people away from the community, especially the new joiners.
Luckily, I experienced other muay thai gyms before so I would say that there are other gyms that have a coach who have good techniques too but they are willing to teach you.
I'm not the first one who raising this issue and I really want to give a heads up to anyone that considering this gym that it is not recommend for the new joiners. It is more suitable for advanced student I would say.
Good place for amateur to train Muay Thai imho. Free use of normal gym is included in one month pass. MT group classes contain warm up, technical training, sparring (if feel like it), hitting pads / bag and cool down. Gym has spare gloves and shin guards (free). Usually max 10 people at class, not too crowded.
Worst gym ever. I would literally give it 0 star. The coach is consistently rude to my girlfriend by mocking her posture and her beginner level. Not beginner friendly and we didn't feel welcomed at all. It's 100x worse than a free service.
Great view overlooking the city and they have a nice bar and pool - all things that don’t seem necessary for training Muay Thai.
The actual space for training is way too small. Would not recommend the group classes, especially if you’re a beginner.
They’re full of douchy foreigners and the coaches don’t care too much about you. I didnt get spoken a word to by them during the whole 1.5 hours. There are many more better options on Bangkok.
Highly recommended for martial arts lovers. EFC is located 10 mins walk (or less) from BTS Prompong, very easy to spot. I really like the atmostphere, clean and well organized the space. For the price you pay, you get really good training in group class you choose. I mostly come for muaythai, gym and the pool. The quality session for muaythai here is impressive. Classes are well structured (cardio, warmup, techniques, sparring, pad work, conditioning, then cool down). Trainers are very experienced and willing to teach. Although their english can be a bit tinglish but they get a long well and they know what they are doing. So far it’s the only gym in Bkk that teach you how to defend, to attack and counter attack, rather than just pad work. You get to practice in pairing and in sparring with partners which gives you a real life experience what you might actually get in a fight. Expect high contact (punches and kicks), high impact, sweat, high heart rate and lots of fun.
I don’t usually live here but i would definitely come back again. Congrats to the team, a really well thought out space for gym/ fighters/ athletes/ enthusiast.
10 mins walk from Thong Lo before you reach Soi 30/1, turn left after Philippines Embassy & turn right upon seeing the first building & EFC is located at Level 10.
THB 530 per drop in class. Front desk staff will show you around the gym after check in.
Lockers are available but did not see any lock, so I supposed need to bring your own lock?
Class program includes 10-15 mins warm up, 45 mins techniques, 1 hour of sparring.
In my personal opinion, felt it’s not exactly beginner friendly even though it indicates that it’s open to all levels.
The entire class was filled with advanced students, felt slightly lost during class. Unsure of the duration of each program section.
Great experience training at this gym. Nice friendly atmosphere, knowledgable and skilled fighters. Recommended
Great gym and coaches. Everyone is very friendly and facilities are very clean. Also close to the BTS. Highly recommended.
