Divana Massage & Spa

The spa is nicely decorated. We arrived 15 minutes early and the spa was really busy. May be that was part of the reasons why the receptionists appeared to be a bit cool. Despite the fact that we made our reservations beforehand, we waited a total of about half an hour before we get our room. The therapist was very professional, caring, attentive, and detail oriented. Overall, the spa experience lived up to the Divana standards.

We were 2 people, one of us loved their treatment and the other didn’t. The location and facilities are clean and lovely, but i guess i was not lucky with the treatment, it felt very comercial as none of the things i highlighted as focus areas were tended to like seriously 0. It was a pretty expensive treatment around 2,450 bt, which is why i had an expectation of experience based treatment focus on stress point.they gave me a comment card which i wrote my feedback on, but none of the receptionist asked me what was the matter actually they removed the scannable bar code that would enable me to publish my feedback online.

We have always loved the divana spa chain and have been coming back for years! Best to make reservations at least a day before to secure yr preferred timing cos it's a popular place!

This year 2018, little bit expensive for the service.it’s now clear that this spa is no longer managed properly. Yet the staff is making great efforts and the place is very nice. I’m confident for future, please wake up!

Very nice setting tucked into a nondescript alleyway. It's like walking into a hidden land.
The staff and waiting area were pleasant and welcoming.
The massage therapists are as good as you expect at a reputable spa.
It was a bit odd, when making reservations, they asked for an awful lot of information. Including hotel, length of stay, when we were checking out, etc. Seems excessive for a spa appointment.

Very nice spa experience but a bit pricy. Many staff at reception chitchatting. Not quite attentive to customers. Its not likely I’d visit again. But still it’s good for people who haven’t tried Divana to give it a try.

Absolutely phenomenal massage. I asked for hard pressure and the masseuse was gentle and yet hard. Not brutal like in some other establishments. She applied the required hard pressure skillfully. All the staff were very professional and polite

Wonderful! I was looking for a place to have a quality massage and waxing as well. This place was the perfect one! Everyone is so kind and polite. The place is beautiful and very relaxing. The massage was probably the best I ever had in my life was a mix of relaxing and energetic she was very professional. And the waxing was soft and not painful wich was enjoyable.the price are not the cheapest but worth for the quality they give you. 100% recommand for a relaxing time

No wifi in public area
Careless receptionist, big leakage on the ceiling some water falling on my friend, but no one show their care!
Spa program is ok, frankly there is better place to go with this high price.

Terrible experience. Staff not helpful and did not welcome to the place. I would not recommend to anyone this place.

I would like to say this is an oasis in the middle of busy Sukhumvit. I recommend that you have to do reservation here. I took Spa Exotique. 2.5hrs full of pampering services.

The best massage in Bangkok! If you wanna be in paradise, you should be here to enjoy the 120min aromatherapy! I will come back again~

This trip to Bangkok tried 6 different massage house around Sukumvit, including Health Land, and I like the aroma massage of Davina the most. Will definitely go back again, but Will just do aroma instead of spa treatment like this time, did not enjoy the spa part as much as the oil massage part.
