Divana Massage & Spa

Summary: very unreliable quality in massage therapists, unfriendly male receptionist, all in all very overpriced.

Just want to leave the facts here - We went as a family of four, and three of us were deeply dissatisfied with our massage. Some of our therapists were not very friendly and seemed to really lack in adequate training as they really couldn’t find pressure points and were unable to adjust their pressure. We were very unpleasantly surprised as we’d previously been to another Divana branch which was very nice. We would never come back and would advise caution as the quality of massage varies drastically depending on the therapist.

That being said, one of us had a very professional therapist and was very satisfied. The facility itself is clean and the receptionist offered a 10% discount and a gift after we voiced our dissatisfaction as apology.

It's not convenient to walk, but I really like that the neighborhood is quiet. I like it because the facilities and programs at the massage shop are so high-end. The staff were also very friendly.

I gave a deposit of $2000tbh when making the reservation, but after completion, the deposit was not deducted and the full amount was collected directly...

I decided to treat myself to a very nice spa day:) My friends and i loved everything from beginning to end. All employees were very attentive and helpful. My 160minute spa with body scrubs and mud massage was great. My skin was left super exfoliated and moist! Mango sticky rice was also great after the program was over.

What an amazing, relaxing and blissful 90-minute focused shoulder treatment at Divana Scentuara Spa today. Everyone was courteous and smiling. My physician was kind and incredibly patient with me. She took time to ask me about my condition and even more time to gently apply pressure on pain points that really alleviated much of my frozen shoulder pain. She also provided very good advice on doing stretches and how not to aggravate the pain.
I am so happy I popped in for a session without much advance notice. Repeat future visits will happen soon enough. Highly recommended for anyone wishing to relieve stress or just relax in the care of true professionals.

Decided to treat myself to a little spa so found this place not to far from my hotel. This is a legit spa place. Clean & professional staff with all the services you are looking for. The message therapist were also really good. You don’t feel like you need a bath after and you get the right amount of pressure during your treatments. I would definitely go back.

It’s very clean and very nicely decorated spa. However the massage was not as what we were expecting. The masseuse didn’t seem professional enough to know what they supposed to do. The receptionist was not attentive enough as well. When we finished we wanna pay we had to wait for another 20 mins after we were calling them the 2nd time. Btw we end up went to another spa just closed by in the evening to feel better.

Came for massage session with my bf last week and the environment was quite peaceful. We were promptly given some cold tea upon arrival while we wait for them to get the room ready. There were also several choices of essential oils to choose from. The overall experience was very positive, and we enjoyed our massage very much. Thank you!

Staff was friendly even we were late for 10min. The massage ladies were attentive and serving excellent. The massage was perfectly strong enough and got us sleep.

Not as hard or rough as I'm used to but the results speak for themselves, I feel great. The masseuse identified some of my problem areas and gave them some extra love.
When we arrived we were also consulted about what areas we wanted extra attention to and what areas to avoid. We got to sample the ouls and select which one's we prefered.
Expensive, yes.
Worth it, yes.

If you want to splurge a little bit for a good quality Thai massage I can recommend this place.

Wow I cannot recommend this place highly enough! We had a couples massage which was fantastic - great atmosphere, cleanliness and kind staff for a good price.

My husband and I started our vacation in Bangkok with a trip to Divana Scentuara Spa to help with the jet lag and truly relax. From start to finish, our time in the spa was absolute paradise. From picking out our aromatherapy oils, to the incredible therapists that worked on our bodies, this was truly a serene and revitalizing spa journey. The ambiance, sanitization, and attention to detail was such a delight. I highly recommend visiting this spa for all of your wellness and relaxation needs.

My first time at this branch but I'm totally impressed by the hospitality of the staffs, the calming decorations, the ambient sounds on the background. I love them all.

Ex-ordinary spa treatment so far in my experience for the past 20 years travel /living in Thailand, such a refreshing + greenish environment + relaxing interior design, feel like in Phuket resort but right in the heart of Bangkok, will pay more visit to them ️

The location is located in the heart of city. You can take BTS skytrain to visit here and have some walk or coming by personal car or taxi is more convenience.

I took the program that took around 180-190 mins, The Siamese Rose. The highlight of this program not only the ingredient of having a spa but also the hot stone for massaging.

Divana Spa is one of the traditional spa in Thailand. I am highly recommned to visit in each branch has the same standard only decoration is different base on the location’s story telling.

Wonderful day at the spa! Everyone was so accommodating and nice. They go above and beyond to serve their customers. The prices were reasonable too for a full spa day. Lunch and snacks were fantastic as well. However, I do recommend they give customers more water.
