Great Stay.

Good location, clean, big room and good service. Very reasonable price comparison to others in same location.

Revisiting this hotel after 2 years, I hope I could give 6 stars for this hotel especially for its customer service.

My wife was breastfeeding and needed a freezer to store the milk. Realizing that the fridge in the room wasn't big enough, we requested if we could store the milk in the kitchen freezer. Understanding the situation, the front desk lady thought it would be even better for us to have a personal fridge at our disposal, and she ordered a big fridge into our room.

How thoughtful is that! Also special thanks to the staffs who rearranged our furniture to fit the new fridge.

Absolutely loved it! Will be my go-to place if I'm ever in Bangkok again. Friendly and very helpful service, beautiful room with a beautiful view from the pool and gym. Walking distance to malls, bars and shops or you can take the train which is down the road. A definite reccomend from me!

Great experience staying in here.
Nice room with quite complete facility inside, such as working desk, electric stove, microwave, sinks, iron, etc that makes us feeling comfortable using the room.
Easy to access, and have a shops like 7eleven nearby, also there are a lots of street foods around.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment and you should see a new and refreshed interior in time to come. Meanwhile the rooms are very spacious and functional. Kitchenette in the single studio with a dining and study area. We also stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it’s very pleasant. There is a laundrette at level 7, you need to buy the coin to operate the machine from the reception first. Receptionists made us felt very welcomed and they were very helpful.

Amazing place to stay at! Very convenient as you can call the tuk tuk service provided by the hotel to Nana BTS or from Nana BTS to the hotel. There was barely any waiting time for the tuk tuk. There is also free bottled water on the tuk tuk.

The hotel service staff were excellent, very thoughtful, polite, friendly, professional and helpful. The room was great too, looked nice and clean, had everything we needed from slippers, toothpaste and the usuals to kettle, chopsticks, plates and other utensils. Was surprised that we could use the Singapore plug so we didn't need to use a travel adapter for charging. I definitely enjoyed my stay here and would return here again should I return to Bangkok. Highly recommended.

Hotel is pretty good! We requested smoke free rooms and we given smoking rooms at first, but they quickly fixed their mistake. Good location and nice service with the free tuk tuk to nana station!

Haven't stayed here in a few years, but it appears to be really run down and beat up. Badly needs a renovation and/or update. Pool is only for wading, no sunbathing or chairs, kind of useless. Fitness room has rusted equipment with potential to cut or hurt, exposed cords/tripping hazards. Staff is friendly and helpful as always

Worn but clean rooms. Staff was friendly enough. Location is quiet in the end of the Soi. Pool is small. 5 minutes walk to the BTS. Breakfast was not very good.

Is a decent place for a short trip. The family suite is large enough, comfortable and clean. Recommend this!

Horrible internet. Supposedly free but in reality there's a premium option that costs a fortune and the 'free' version is utterly unusable.

The air-con units havent' been cleaned since the place was built (decades ago) and are inches thick in bird muck.

And it's a good, solid 10 minute walk from Sukhumivt road.

Staff there are nice, always able give advice when you are not sure, responsive and always keep the room clean. Probably will come back again if go Bangkok.

This hotel definitely needs to be refreshed as it's showing its age, and the service is adequate but not great (except for the tuk tuk drivers, who are awesome). It is clear step down from other Somersett or Ascott properties, but the two bedroom suites are convenient.

Small pool, but enough to cool down. The rest is absolutely very good. Great location and tuk-tuk that brings you to/from Sukhumvit 24/7. Then you are also next to skytrain.

Basic rooms with a very small pool but the service is outstanding, the staff are very helpful and smiley at all time, especially the receptionist staff. Good job
