CHERN Hostel

Great hostel with separate rooms, clean bedding, towels changed every day, there is its own restaurant with breakfast, coffee, tea, vending machine, we got two bottles of water per room every day, if we didn't want it to be cleaned one day, we were left with water anyway door, the location is very convenient, close to everything, you can get there on foot or by taxi for little money. The staff is very smiling and helpful, a large, clean swimming pool, which we used with pleasure after daily sightseeing in the heat, we booked the hostel for three days, we extended it for another three. One star for the room is deducted for the lack of a kettle in the room, you can think about it, it would increase the comfort of the room. We would definitely return to this hostel with pleasure when staying in Bangkok again.

Congratulations! You have now realized CHERN hotel. The rooms were super tidy, the facilities were okay, the pool was spacious… and yet something was missing. Vibe, personality… whatever you want to call it. Hotel does the job, but don’t expect anything fancy.

Nice, quiet hostel. Close to many attractions, Khaosan Road, many temples, China Town. Nai Kai Krata - we highly recommend this breakfast place located nearby.

We stayed in this hotel for last todays of our Thailand vacation. We selected this hotel because its close to the airport and its in the centre of bangkok. Hotel is okay but there was not a kettle/ Heater jug, no tea bags/ coffee. Price is high compared to other hotel we stayed. (We stayed at a 4 star hotel with buffet breakfast for almost same price). Staff is very nice. There is a small swimming pool with cool water. Small gym (only three machines).

The Staff is not friendly. They're not smile with us anytime, they were talking with us like they didn't want us to stay in this hotel. We have 15 people, stay 2 night with 7 rooms. So sad because of these behavior

Western style hotel. Minimal and spacious rooms. Blackout curtains.

Quiet street, only the birds can be heard in the morning. Area not far to walk to the most important temples

Made a booking and was force to cancel it after the free cancellation date due to change of plans. Offered 50% refund. Very kind of them.

Schönes Hotel mit super Lage.
Wat Pho, Risenschaukel, Gold Mounten, diverse Parks sowie Bus und Metro Station zw. 5 und 15 min Fußläufig erreichbar.

Personal mehr als freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Frühstück lecker - das "teuerste" war das Menü für umgerechnet 3,5€ bestehend aus Ei, Bacon, Würstchen, Salat, Toast+ Butter und Marmelade, Saft und dazu entweder Milch, Kaffee oder Tee.
Kann man nicht meckern

Von 7-14 Uhr außer Mittwochs bekommt man hier etwas zu essen.

Ansonsten gibt es unzählige Essensmöglichkeiten ringsherum, auch ein 7/11 ist in beide je 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar

Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend, wir hatten ein über 2m großes Bett, perfekt für's Kind

We stayed in double room for 3 nights. Kind staff offered us baggage storage before check-in, we felt hospitality everywhere here. The pool was clean, room was stylish. We would choose this hotel again.

Very polite staff and great hostel. Breakfast is also available for additional cost, which was really nice. Very clean rooms, water bottles and towels are replaced daily. Great place to stay.

Very nice hotel in a very strategic location near by many restaurants and street food and wats. Save neighborhood, quiet rooms.
The room was very spacious and clean. We had one with balcony. Comfortable bed and clean shower. They have also a big pool and nice garden area. Will recommend.

Really cheap pricing for 3 beds. Location is amazing for the Michelin star restaurant, Thipsamai. Local 7/11 near by to buy cheap $1 USD breakfast items and drinks.

The rooms are a bit dark, lights are too dim, but overall clean and comfy and close to the old center

Great service, clean rooms, reasonably priced. Rooms could be better lit, otherwise no complains. The hostel was located off the main road which is a huge plus!

Friendly hotel staffs. Thank you for giving us assistants. The hotel is good for tourists they will assist you well. Not too far from malls and tourists spots. A lot of delicious foods along the area. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Stayed here in early 2020. Well situated if you‘re keen on exploring the little streets and canals of ‚old Bangkok‘. The double bed room I stayed in was very clean and spacious, shower was hot, there was free water every morning, the safe worked, the AC too. The atmosphere is more hotel than hostel like - even though there are spacious common areas, I never saw anyone there. It‘s the perfect place to recover from a long flight and sleep a lot.

It was fantastic! The location could not be better, staff super friendly, amazing rooms (enough space for anything and pretty clean!) Safety deposit box in the closet, mini fridge with complementary water, AC. There are also common areas, washing and bending machines. And as a plus, you get to learn some pretty nice Thai sayings that decorates the walls.

Guys here is the thing, take my word and book this hostel already.its a bit far from the busy sukuvumit road but you can always take the train which is about 10 min walk.the place is really clean and staff were super friendly. Only thing is there aren't a lot of great restaurants nearby but at night you get to enjoy all the street food vendors.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder ins CHERN Hostel.
