Awesome first trial! Coach was really good & lot of patience in teaching. Looking forward for more.
My friend and I had our first class here, the coach are very nice and friendly. They are very patient with the students. The class was an hour long, one can get to hit the pad for around 4-5 times, in between the coach would as you to do sit up and abs exercises. Thy gym is big, clean and in an air-condition free indoor area. Really enjoyed our training here, will definitely come again next time when I have a longer holiday.
