Muay teachers are very friendly, very nice place to do every activity cross fit, gym, karate, Muay Thai, if u don't like a gym where is a lot of people and a lot of space this is your place

I was there in may 2023 and i really enjoyed!
i did muay thai private lesson
i had two trainers, one head coach that seem like understand English, and the second coach was a more younger that seem that he don't understand English but was nice
i ask them to teach me elbow technique and push kick and they did a good job about that.was a good vibe.i recommend try the privete lesson.also notice that i went there when it's not was a busy day, only i was there to train.

Oh, it is really cool to try Muay Thai here. The trainer is super patient and friendly. My first time to here today and will definitely continue playing here.

The place is spaciously awesome! The bathroom's great with lockers and also a blower. You don't have to worry about gloves, soap, shampoo-it is all in there. A great place to learn Muay Thai and do exercise, trainers are great too. I suggest you visit the gym. Highly recommended.

Attended one of the group classes as a beginner. They taught the basic movements and punches, followed by rounds of one on ones with the trainer's which helped correct any mistakes in form and cardio in-between. It was a great experience. Definitely recommend

We have attended a beginner class. Trainer is so kind and nice. The place is clean and good for work out.

The gym here has all the equipment you need. Staff are extra friendly and received a personal 1 on 1 session for a great bargain. Great place to train.

Finally found a place where you can release your stress. Great boxing with good air flow. I recommended here one of your choice for better health.

The trainer I had was very attentive to technique. The training was also very intense and good fun. The place is clean and the staff friendly but serious.

Nice facilities, friendly staff who speak perfect English and most importantly the teacher corrects you and teach you the proper techniques, which in other places is not common. Totally recommend it
