As you can see below, I booked a GLA 200 AMG Dynamic on 26th June by paying 50000 THB, to get the car with Benz MyStar.

At the time, your sales person only required 4 documents, which is my passport, work permit, letter from the immigration and bank statement.

However, after I share them, your team wanted me to apply the finance with K Bank, which is my usual bank which I use since 2019.

K Bank wanted a load of additional documents, which I provided and they still rejected me. All this process took more than 3 weeks, which I wasted to a great extent. During this time, your sales team was not reliable and haven’t given me any resolution.

After that, it was suggested to apply with Benz Finance, with a 25% down payment and I again had given multiple documents and finally today it was rejected again.

So, in a nutshell, I wasted over 6 weeks to get an approval from the finances you had suggested.

I’m totally disappointed about your service and everything happened during last 6 weeks and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BENZ TO ANYONE OR EVEN THINK OF BUYING IN THAILAND.

And, please don’t give your customers hopes if you cannot make sure that hopes you had given are not feasible.

I had made your company to book as your reputation is high amongst others, but I was wrong.

บอกว่ารถเสร็จแล้ว ทางโทรศัพท์ เราก็ย้ำแล้วว่าให้ล้างรถให้เรียบร้อยด้วย พอไปรับรถจริงปรากฏว่าต้องนั่งรอเป็นชั่วโมงเพื่อรอล้างรถ บริหารจัดการไม่ดี

บริการช้ามาก เหมือนไม่อยากทำ นัดให้มารับรถพอถึงเวลานัดก็ไม่สามารถให้รับได้ คนที่รับเรื่องก็ไม่ประสานงานกับคนที่รับดูแลรถต่อ แล้วก็ปล่อยให้ลูกค้าต้องรอนาน

A quality reception in the service centre with water, coffee and cakes while you wait. The cost of repairs should come as no surprise. Very limited English is spoken here, which can make vehicle service very challenging.

No customer service at all.
I came with an issue and was told to come an hour later. I returned later, after which that said to wait about an hour or two. I discussed with staff that I won’t be waiting for another hour and we agreed that I return in an hour. After all I received a call from the dealership saying that they will not be able to do anything because I did not leave the vehicle at the service. It is simple matter of communication, but due to this miscommunication they lose clients.

เอารถเข้าศูนย์ ถึงเวลา service ก่อนหน้านี้ไม่มีปัญหาอะไรเลย พอ service เสร็จออกมามีเสียงดังตรง console หน้า ต้องเอากลับไปเช็คอีกรอบ เสียค่าบริการ 590 เพื่อให้ช่างแก้ไขงานที่ตัวเองทำไว้ไม่เรียบร้อยและเสียเวลามากๆ พร้อมแจ้งว่าเสียงนั้นคือเสียงที่ต้องเปลี่ยนปีกนก พอไปหา second opinion elsewhere ช่างบอกว่ายังไม่ถึงเวลาเปลี่ยน คือศูนย์ที่นี่จะมีการแจ้งให้เปลี่ยนอะไหล่ที่เป็น proactive มากเกินกว่า เสียแล้วซ่อม ไม่แนะนำถ้าแนวทางการทำงานเป็นแบบนี้

บริการดี เอาใจใส่ดีมากๆ พนักงานค่อนข้างจะ Expert ในตัวผลิตภัณฑ์ดี เรียกได้ว่า น่าจะมาทุกบ่อย

มาเคลมรถที่นี่ ถือว่าใกล้ที่ทำงานสะดวกดี แต่สถานที่ค่อนข้างเล็กไปหน่อยนะคับ คนมาใช้บริการเยอะมาก แต่พนักงานบริการดีคับ ส่วนในเรื่องของขนมทานเล่นก็มีไม่มากนักนะคับ หลักๆก็ขนมปัง กาแฟ น้ำอัดลม น้ำเปล่า ข้าวไม่มีให้ทานฟรีนะคับสำหรับที่นี่
