Good Location, good room, amazing value for the money! Highly recommend! Very good massage salon nearby, after your exhausted day you can have a good foot massage! Delicious breakfast! Good air condition.

Very dim lighting, no hooks in the bathroom to hang my clothes, noisy air compressor. Excellent water heater.

Service in the dining area is bad. The waiters only remove the used plates but do not clean the table for the next customer. Some waiters were seen chatting with each other instead of busy clearing the tables. The breakfast buffet is just alright.

You can walk to many places, the train station is a 10 minute walk away. I generally did not like this hotel, when I arrived the room was dirty and hairs on the floor, the pool looked dirty, noisy room and water never came out hot. I will definitely not return.stay there.

For its price it's a pretty good accommodation. Free daily breakfast. Wifi is very weak however. Cannot even stream YouTube videos. Other than that everything is ok for its price

Everything is good, but the wifi is so lag. And the swimming pool need the light on even there is no one at the pool.because, it's so dark. And for the breakfast its good too. The bathub so excellent, for the room is quite good tho. Just you need to repair the wifi because its so lag when we connect to the wifi.

Edit: you need to give the guest hotel sandals, tooth paste and toothbrush.

A nice place to stay. Nearby Platinum and Pratunam. To reach the nearest BTS station (Ratchathewi) you have to walk around 5-10 mins. Since the hotel in the mid of Bangkok, it very close if you want to go to Siam district or just walk to Pratunam and to Neon market for more adventure.

Hotel is about 10min walk away from Ratchathewi BTS Station. Room and furniture feels a bit old, but clean overall. Breakfast was tasty with good variety (good pad thai), but usually very crowded with Chinese tourists. Staff were very friendly. Recommended for a budget stay.

Good rooms, friendly service. Affordable price too. Food is good.

Don't know why but admins are bit not friendly. Don't cooperate with costumer and just asking something and don't tell us why they need it. Please try to fix your English-speaking-skill.
Bed was to old to sleep on it- i usely don't complain about bed and pillow, but it was.not in the first year use
And why you have toilet paper to close to bath.

A reasonably well maintained hotel. The rooms where clean, with modern amenities. We stayed in a family room (3 people) which was on the 20th floor. The bathroom was really clean and tidy. The breakfast was decent enough, not very fancy, but there is always a scope for improvement.
The location is great. Very close to BTS and airport link.
The staff at the reception was kind and cooperative.
The only thing which i felt was bad is the wi-fi, it was damn too slow.

Conveniently located from the shopping hubs. Rooms are large and spacious. View from the rooms are not great though. Breakfast spread is average.

Value for money. Great room even for standard room the have bathtub. Great breakfast, tasty. Definitely will comeback if visiting Bangkok.

Great room, comfortable bed and high floor which is good. Great breakfast, love all the different variety of food. Take at least 5 to 10mins from BTS Ratchathewi station. Around the area also have massage area where can rest our whole body after walking around Bangkok.

Second visit. Really enjoy our stay in this hotel. Walking distance to the Ratchadewi bts station. 7-11 is just beside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants at night time too.

Full of Chinese groups, so the receptionists speak Chinese too. My room on the 19th floor was with good view, room space okay too at this price. Close to BTS, buffet style breakfast delicious with many choices.

Hotel was okay, breakfast was average as you don't have much choice but i can't complain because of the price. Staff wasn't friendly neither rude. One water bottle (500ml) per person for the day is sad. Location is fine, you have plenty of shopping centers nearby and peaceful at night.

Swimming pool on the 5M floor, good breakfast and the staffs is very friendly, the wifi connection is weak, there's a 7-eleven nearby and about 500m away from the Ratchathewi BTS.

It's the location of the hotel that's superb. The services are good but the internet is from the year 1997. Excellent breakfast. Near platinum market. Tum Ruk to major malls average 100 to 200 bath
