A very professional set up, I've been a customer for years.
Staff are the very best, especially the servicing guys who do a excellent job.

Toyota phoned yesterday to remind us our service was due. Because we had bad weather yesterday I asked if they could do the service that day. Took the car in at 1: 30 and service completed by 3: 00pm. Fantastic service from Toyota yasothon.

ซ่อมไม่จบแต่เก็บเงิน แถมยังทำให้เสียหนักกว่าเดิมไฟไม่ขึ้นจากที่เคยติด แจ้งว่าไม่มีของลอง ต้องรอคันอื่นรุ่นเดียวกันมาจะรีบโทรแจ้งให้เข้ามาลอง แถมบอกว่าเข้ามาอีกก็เก็บเงินอีก เข้ามา8โมงเช้ากว่า กลับบ่ายสามโมงกว่าๆ

งานซ่อมตัวถังไม่โอเคอย่างแรง ซ่อมมาไม่จบ มีเสียงดังอยู่ที่ฝากระโปรงท้ายรถ ใช่ๆทุกๆครั้งที่รถตกหลุม หรือเกิดการบิดตัวเมื่อรถตกหลุม แก้ปัญหาไม่จบ ส่วนอื่นๆดีนะ แต่ฝ่าย bp ไม่โอเคเลยแก้งานไม่เนียบเลยละ!

Waiting this morning for car to be serviced
It seems many of staff don't understand or follow covid safety protocols. Ďon't wear masks or if wear just around their neck or only around mouth. They seem to not understand that for the mask to be effective, the mask needs to cover both mouth and nose. One staff had the mask only looped around hér ear
It is seems that individuals maintain a sense of complanecy and dont understand the associated risks of not following correct covid protocols

อะไหล่มาได้สามวันแล้วแต่คอลเซ็นเตอร์ศูนย์ไม่มีการโทรนัดหมายแจ้งซ่อมเลยจนผมได้โทรหาแผนกอะไหล่ต้องสองครั้งแล้วถึงได้นำรถเข้าซ่อม
