To The Sea The Resort

"To the Sea Resort" delivered impeccable service with a friendly and attentive staff. The inclusion of free kayaks added to the enjoyment, and the tranquil atmosphere by the crystal-clear bay made for a peaceful getaway. The option to engage in wake surfing and rent e-foil boards added an exciting dimension to the overall experience. Moreover, guests can conveniently explore the surroundings by renting motorbike scooters, offering flexibility and enhancing the overall stay. Highly recommended for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.

We stayed here for 3 days 3 nights.
Please see pictures! I don’t even think it does it justice! When you are here, it’s heaven on earth. The whole bay is so peaceful. This is a place you must go if you want to disconnect from the rest of the world!

The room we stayed in was clean, shower was outdoor which was great. There was a leak on the A/C but they cleaned it up & fixed it.

Breakfast was great.

Staff were friendly.

The only thing is they do not have lounge chairs on the beach area. Just benches.

Prices are competitive to the resorts next door.

Overall I give this place a 10/10

I was just at the beach on the deckchairs. It was good, quiet, with a view of the sea. The beach is white sand high up. Easy access to the sea which is just magnificent.

Sitting in bar watching 4 young men from Cambodia getting injured trying to smash stones without any protection or tools or training. One man hit in both eyes many times already. Nobody in charge and nobody intervenes!

พนักงานตอนรับ ดูแลดี แต่พนักงานโซนห้องอาหารลงไป คือเหมือนโดนบังคับทำงานหรอ สั่งข้าวก็ได้แต่ข้าวจริงๆ ช้อนก็ไม่มีมาให้ ได้เดินไปเอาเอง บริการก็เหมือนมาขอกินฟรี เหมือนไม่อยากขายของ หน้าบูดไม่ไหว ถามคำตอบคำ เหมือนไม่ดีใจที่มีแขกมาพัก ครั้งเดียวพอ

การเดินทางมาเที่ยวเกาะกูดครั้งนี้ ได้มาพักที่ to the sea resort koh kood ดีมากๆค่ะ ที่พักบรรยากาศดี วิวสวย ติดชายหาดเลยค่ะ มีสะพานไว้เดินไปนั่งชมพระอาทิตย์ตกและถ่ายรูปสวยๆ มีชิงช้ากลางน้ำอีกหนึ่งจุดสำหรับถ่ายรูปค่ะ กิจกรรมทางน้ำที่รีสอร์ทมีให้คือพายเรือคายัคและแพดเดิ้ลบอร์ดค่ะ และที่สำคัญอาหารที่รีสอร์ทอร่อยทุกเมนูค่ะ มาพัก3วัน2คืนกินอาหารที่รีสอร์ทุกวันเลยค่ะ ตอนกลางคืนมีดนตรีสดให้ฟังตอนรับประทานอาหาร ฟังเพลินๆไปเลยค่ะ^^ มีโอกาสต้องกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Wi-fi ใช้ไม่ได้ ซ่อมแล้วใช้ได้ไม่นานเสียอีก การ์ดกุญแจเสีย ไฟกับแอร์ใช้ไม่ได้อีก แก้ไขช้ามาก ส่วนพนักงานจ้างมาเหมือนไม่อยากทำงาน

สวย​ บรรยากาศดี​ ห้องพักแยกเป็นหลัง​ เตียงใหญ่​ มีดนตรี​ชายหาด​ เรือให้พายเล่น​ น้ำใส​ อาหารรสชาติได้

พนักงานทุกคนบริการดีมาก ทั้งฝ่ายต้อนรับ ห้องอาหาร พนักงานทำความสะอาด น้องๆ น่ารัก เป็นกันเอง ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ห้องพัก เราพักห้อง 301 ห้องกว้างมาก พื้นที่เยอะ ที่นอนกว้าง นิ่ม นอนหลับสบาย บรรยากาศเงียบสงบ วิวสวยทุกจุด ชอบที่นี่มาก ไว้จะกลับมาใหม่ค่ะ

We stayed at an extra large bungalow overlooking the pool and sea. Very modern and sleek resort. They had a great acoustic singer that sang from Happy Hour until the end of dinner. Great onsite beach. Extensive breakfast menu.

One of the best resorts in the Gulf of Thailand during our 3 week travel - for this price range. Date 05/01/2023.

Room
The first bungalow had a shower without roof and this was particularly problematic in the first days, since there was a storm and it was raining inside.

The second one was great, but the room wasn’t cleaned for two days during our stay.
This is because the management didn’t hire enough cleaners, only 2 for about 30 rooms. Even when it was cleaned it was done really late in the afternoon, around 4 or 5pm.

Staff
Everyone was polite and nice with us, in particular the people working at Lahana Bar.

Location
The resort is located in a natural bay, where the ocean is very calm and clean.
Walking around the beach is not easy because there are some rocks between the shores.
Kayaking is free and does not have a limit (in terms of hours) so highly recommended.
The bar offers great cocktails and nice live music. It also has happy hour between 5-6 (limited selection of cocktails), great to enjoy the sunset.

Breakfast
The breakfast selection wasn’t great, the coffee not good and the coffee machine always had some issues that required staff maintenance.

Overall
This place really deserves a higher rating, but unfortunately it has a really bad management, the staff working at the resort are the only reason why I didn’t rate it 1 or 2 stars.

Wonderful location of one of koh kood beaches. The restaurant was outstanding as you could choose what meat or seafood you liked and they will cook it on the grill for you using a fire drum bbq. Food was great and arrived plated up wonderfully. Will be there again next time

เรามาพักตอนช่วง Low season วันธรรมดา นักท่องเที่ยวน้อย เงียบๆ ไม่วุ่นวายค่ะ พนักงานเป็นมิตรน่ารักทุกคน เสียที่ห้องแอร์ไม่เย็น ตอนกลางวันอยู่ข้างนอกเย็นกว่าในห้องอีกค่ะ เตียงไม่นุ่มเท่าไหร่ และพื้นในห้องที่แอบ sticky ต้องใส่ slippers เดิน / อยากให้มี sun loungers ด้วย ตอนที่ไปมีแต่ bean bag ฟ้าตอนพระอาทิตย์ตกสวยค่ะ ที่รีสอร์ทมีรถจักรยานยนต์ให้เช่ารายวันด้วย แต่เราไม่ได้เช่า

สัญญาณ dtac ไม่มี แถมwifi ติดๆดับๆ คือแทบจะใช้ในห้องไม่ได้เลย

เป็นอีกสถานที่หนึ่งที่น่ามานั่งชิลถ่ายรูป มีห้องพักที่สามารถนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าได้ มีโซนคาเฟ่ กาแฟเครื่องดื่มราคาค่อนข้างแรง รสชาติธรรมดา สถานที่ติดหาด สงบ น้ำใสมาก ระวังบางจุดบริเวณหินจะลื่นมากไม่มีป้ายติดระวัง

ไม่ได้พักที่นี่ แค่แวะมากินไอติม มีน้องหมูน่ารัก ๆ 2 ตัว พนักงานบริการดี วิวสวย หาดด้านหน้าหินค่อนข้างเยอะ ดูพระอาทิตย์ตกสวยนะ

Great place highly recommend, very romantic atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcome. Sunset was beautiful and would definitely return.
