5 starts missed due to the staff being a bit weird.wanting deposit for the keys.then quoting differe t prices then agreed ones for transfer to airport.

A disaster all along the line. Rude staff, the room assigned does not correspond to the reservation but, despite our insistence, there was no kind of help from the reception. The room they gave us is small and the bathroom dirty.not to mention the sheets, stained and full of hair.disgusting, really not recommended. The restaurant is terrible, rude waiter, terrible quality/price ratio, it also closes at 8.30pm and doesn't do room service. A great disappointment to travel all this way to get here. Sin. Think carefully before wasting money on this structure!

Excellent location of the hotel, we lived in a family bungalow on the first line. Breakfast is modest, but you won't go hungry, there is a coffee machine. Everything in the room is clean and comfortable. But in the morning the monkeys came and the child was scared. And everything is fine for three.

Very nice resort, we had a bungalow 5 meter from the sea. The bungalows could be larger and maintenanted more precisely, but still I loved it there.

Idyllisch gelegene Bungalows direkt am Meer. Bademöglichkeit allerdings nur bei Flut. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes, preiswertes Restaurant mit schöner Aussicht. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 15 Min zu Fuß über den Strand, aber nur bei Ebbe.

The only positive in this hotel is the staff, the most kind and quick-tempered people! About the resort, huge problems with lighting and security for visitors! On the second day, at night, I broke my leg in two places because there was no lighting! Serious operation for 55000€. The manager did not respond to a single message and did not send the promised contact of the insurance company to cover my operation and non-pecuniary damage. Beautiful view, super staff and disgusting management, dangerous for the life of EVERYONE.

Perfect location small bay with a private beach, one of the cleanest on Koh Chang (both water and sand). Attentive staff, clean and cozy bungalows, good facilities.

Siam Bay Resort really beatuful very nice place if you are looking somewhere to relax and heals this is your answer. How joyful and relax you can't imagine I fallen love this place.
I'm happy to stayed here 2 times already and yes of course I'll be back there again.

Calm, quiet bungalow, 800 baht, fair. The price is good also for the newer bungalows on the hill at 1200 baht.

The room need to be cleaner to get more star. The service is very good. Staffs were friendly. The activities are nice.

Breakfast free but cold eggs snd although girl was going to cook freshfor me man insisted on reheating cold eggs no breakfast di not eat cold or reheated eggs work on rooms arround us but not told till morning already awake when phonecall to ask about changing rooms
Will not go back

ใดๆอาจไม่ถูกใจทุกคน แต่ที่นี่บริการดีมากๆ มากจนประทับใจและอยากกลับไปอีกค่ะ สถานที่ห้องพักให้4ดาว นะ แต่เข้าใจได้ว่า ช่วงโควิดทำให้ขาดการปรับปรุงไปบ้าง เจอกันสิ้นปีนะคะ
