If you don't live in this resort and want to rent a motorcycle there, be prepared for the guy at the reception desk to not only charge the maximum price, but also, like a vigilant border guard, to scrutinize your passport, trying to find the border stamp from your last entry into Thailand. Yes, they require your passport as a deposit, and if the entry stamp is not found, you won't get the motorcycle. I don't blame the guy at the reception desk, I'm just wondering: what happened to him that he has such a distrust of people? In the end, we rented exactly the same motorcycle nearby for 100 baht less, and there they didn't examine my passport under a microscope.

Simple room without air conditioning, TV, refrigerator.you can get by. But to wash, you have to suffer. There is no water pressure at all. The room itself is clean. The linen is normal. Well, not a single description says that the upper bungalows are located at the 5th floor level. In the end, I got it. Farthest from the entrance. Then only the jungle if you have bad knees. Although I asked as low as possible, they said there were no other places. Although exactly 20 minutes after moving in, I saw how people were moved into the same bungalow, but at a lower level. I arrived at 12, checked in at 14. I was ready for this. In general, for those who have problems with their legs, here you will finish them off. Zero customer focus. Price 850 baht. I'm glad that they only rented for 2 days

Bungalow is ok. The S bungalow with air conditioning is very small, ok for 2 to 3 nights, but not for a long time. Central in the middle of life. There is free coffee, overnight stay without breakfast.
We exchanged a large bungalow with a large refrigerator.
That's ok, shorter way to the beach about 200 meters.

The bungalows are nice. The place is beautiful. Cheap bungalows have a fan. But it is quite enough. Everything is nearby. Great staff. Tea and coffee at the reception. There are elephants nearby. I recommend.

Great acoomodation for the money you pay. Great option if you combine your holiday with some work. Wifi also in the rooms which, at most time, works very good, even allowing video meetings with great quality. Free coffee in the receptionen where you can sit and work/hang around. Clean rooms (despite some ants in the bathroom).

My partner and I stayed for a week whilst visiting Koh Chang and this was THE perfect location! So close to the beach, the best restaurants and bars. Ken was super helpful with everything and also has a massage parlour and bar directly across from the bungalows! We were able to rent bikes from him to get around the island. Would 100% stay there again, it was a very enjoyable stay!

And an absolute bargain for what you are paying.will definitely stay with Paradise Bungalows again.

Good place to stay just nearby the beach. We visited there for our family vacation. 7 people booking for only 2 rooms.it's quite big room. Our kids can stay with us feel so good and comfortable. Owner and staffs here are so nice.

Decent value for money. The rooms aren't charming but they are comfortable and cheap.

The location is great and the hotel is pet friendly.

Sehr schöne anlage, friendly staff, war fast 3monaten hier und habe das Personal trotz stress (high season) kein einziges Tag launisch gesehen, Gegenteil.trotz 12 Stunden arbeit und oft mehrere stunden.immer ein lächeln. Liebe Leute hier kann Europa sehr sehr viel lernen was freundlichkeit ist

Great place, great price. Room c4 has a mold smell because the roof has been leaking. Bathroom is clean.

Loud music from surrounding places ruined our enjoyment a bit. Also only consider air con room. The room with a fan is a lot worse and building older for not much price difference

We booked a room on the internet which offered rooms "garden view" and rooms "sea view". We chose "sea view" which is more expensive and has aircon. When we arrived at the hotel the reception told us that there was no sea view because of the trees that grew. The hotel refused to reduce the price of the room, as we wanted the aircon.
The rooms are small but comfortable, clean and have a mosquito net. At night we had ants everywhere in the room and in bed.
The TV did not work and after asking to be repaired it was not better.
The hotel offers motorbike rental 200baths per day (elsewhere 150baths), empty and you buy gas at the hotel.
For the funny story, we still broke down after refueling and changed scooters. The reception using a small pump, transferred the gasoline from the motorbike to another and then to rent the same empty motorbike again. For the last day we were offered to keep the morobike half day, for 100baths and we drove the scooter at 11am with a full tank of gas. At the time of paying, the receptionist demanded a full day of rental and that the half day did not exist.she confirmed to me that it would empty gasoline to resell separately. 100baths is not much, but the principle is not correct. Then with their little pump, I also emptied the gasoline into bottles that I gave to thai people in the street, all happy.

We got more than we expected. Paradise bungalows is close to everything we wanted without it being overrun by throngs of tourists. The traffic on the island is quite dangerous.

Nice and clean accommodation in the nature, i recommend for vacation, near pretty beach, elephants, fresh fruits everywhere
