Maylamean Bungalows

We didn't live there, so I can only rate the restaurant.
The food was excellent and the service was extremely friendly.
The view is indescribably great.

Amazing place, my review is delayed a little as we were there in 2006 but I still keep this place in precious memories from our 5 weeks trip through Thailand. I’m glad that bungalows are still in business. Good luck.

Good food and excellent views
I doubt the rolls were homemade, but the rest of the things were very delicious, although in small quantities.
For location it is worth it

Wonderfully romantically located restaurant with an excellent menu. Many dishes are available with either tofu or vegetables. Perfect for vegetarians and vegans too. Good fruit shakes and nice service. We will be back.

You will either love or hate it. This place is for people who love it simple and don't mind to have little comfort. The location is special. There is no road to go there. You have to walk along the beach. As reward you have a room like a birds nest facing the sea.

Mos def THE best pub-restaurant on the north side of White Sand Beach, if not all the Chang. Outfit run by two generations of lovely people. Mayla the barkeep!
More international than local atmosphere, though nice for meeting travellers and exchanging road tips. Almost no annoying whitey-rasta pseudo non-tourists.
