Little Moon Villa

Located at the beach, the resort has stylish, modern villas with stunning view and a fantastic restaurant. The staff is not only friendly, but also speaks good English. Jill replied to my mails fast and was very helpful when organising the transfer to the hotel. The beach was almost empty. I felt like a VIP. It is my dream to come back.

The most beautiful property found on our trip to Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Thailand. The apartments are extremely spacious, well furnished with spectacular views of the bay from the bedroom or the spacious terrace. Breakfast is good even if limited to sets to be ordered the day before (served at the table, no buffet). The restaurant is also good. The sea is not that of other islands but this is Koh Mak and it has its own magic. Scooter rental on site (necessary to get around the island), everything is still very close.
Enjoy the view from your apartment in peace and relaxation.

Full marks - super great, great hosts, stylish room with a fantastic view of the sea. The restaurant is top class. From European dishes to Thai cuisine. The best thing we have eaten on our trip so far. The beach isn't that great, but you can explore everything by scooter in 5-15 minutes. Scooter rental at the hotel.
We were there for two nights, the cleaning from day 1 to 2 wasn't done, for whatever reason, we didn't see a sign that we should/should have hung on the door.

The Little Moon Villa is a gem. Food and drinks were all spectacular. We were there over Christmas and were treated to special dinners and a small concert from friends of the owners. Everyone was fantastic and we'd love to come back again.

สิ่งที่อยากให้โรงแรมเพิ่ม คือ ที่แขวนเสื้อผ้าในห้องพัก เสื้อคลุมอาบน้ำ และมินิบาร์ในห้องมากกว่านี้หน่อย

สิ่งที่อยากให้มีมากที่สุด คือ สระว่ายน้ำ ถ้ามีสระว่ายน้ำริมหาดนี่จะครบมาก ๆ เพราะไปหน้าร้อน นำทะเลร้อนสุดๆ ถ้าได้แช่สระว่ายน้ำริมทะเลจะดีสุดๆ

Cons
- no room service for food/ no operator no.to call but i guess it's no big deal coz u can walk down and ask
- shower floor tiles too smooth, quite slippery when wet
- breakfast portion too little, should provide a bit more

Enchanted from minute 1!

The accommodation is very clean and minimalistic, which we really liked. The view from our balcony is indescribable.

The menu is fresh and delicious from start to finish. Everything can be ordered vegetarian with tofu if desired.

The coffee is weighed to the gram to achieve the perfect result in every cup. This is how the coffee tastes too! The best cup of coffee I've had in Thailand. The pastry is of course homemade and tastes the same.

Little Moon itself sets very high standards for drinks and food, and that benefits the guest.

The staff and owners try their best with everything.

Example: Our speedboat was fully booked. No problem. Little Moon Villa was able to get us 2 more places.

On the whole hard to recommend, even longer than 4 nights.

The Restaurant at Little Moon is a gem on the island!
Huge variety of Thai dishes available, fresh and high quality ingredients are used, massive flavours available in each dish!
Also coffee and tea beverages are the best I have drunken so far on the entire island. They are using selected coffee and tea from small farms of the northern part of Thailand.
Highly recommend this place - not only guests from the bungalows are allowed to visit the restaurant, also people from outside.

Amazing home made brew coffee, great food and direct access to the beach. Definitely a great value in a special location in Koh Mak.

Food is still as good, staff and owners are still as kind and helpful as years ago in the old location!
The new bungalows are very spacious and comfortable and very pleasant to look at, good job! A word of warning for late sleepers: The rooms are a little bright after the sun comes up. Didn't bother me as I get up early anyway.
Dream view on the tropical sea and neighbouring islands!
All in all very recommended!

The restaurant is now open up at beach front. Thai food here is amazingly delicious, Tom yum soup, Larb Moo Tod and jungle curry are a must. Keep coming back for more.

We stay here for 2 nights inFullmoon villa. The rooms are very new, big, clean, and comfort. The room can fit additional 6ft bed to fit 4 person. The location is under construction while we visited but it causes very little noise and not disturb us at all. The resort will be expected to 100% ready around october 2020. Hightly recommended. The resort is very closr to The Mak restaurant and pool with super nice sunset view. Free taxi to pick you up from the pier. Great service with very helpful advices.

Absolutely beautiful setting and facilities. The owners were in the process of relocating to another area of the island in September.
