Koh Kood Resort

Large houses, good air conditioning, breakfast just had to ask every time where are the bread and glasses. The lunch and evening food were very tasty. Staff could make a little more effort to communicate. Location is great in a beautiful bay, clear water, lots of snorkeling opportunities. After 5 days and 3 questions, we took the full waste bins and dirty towels to the reception and we were "cleaned" for the first time, i.e. Sand was swept away, the bed was straightened and the towels were replaced. Promptly the next day they came for the "real cleaning". It could have been so much better there, a real shame.

We stayed at the Kho Kood Resort for 6 nights. The location and the resort set up looks pretty and there is a great sunset to see. The rooms are big and clean, anyway the bed matraze is very hard to lie on compared to thai- standard and we had the feeling that they had miles, as our body was very ichi! In addition we had a rat family living on our roof top which gave us sleepless nights. The service is ok, but their English is pretty bad. So we often got a wrong order. The food in general is ok, we really enjoyed the pad Thai! The rest of the menu card was very difficult to get.no bananas, no frozen strawberries, no chicken wrap.
We can recommend the location if you are looking for a one or 2 day stay with low standards.

โลเคชั่นดีมากค่ะวิวสวยแต่ห้องเป็นไม้ประตูจะปิดยากมีหนูวิ่งและมีตุ๊กแกตัวเท่ากระรอกแบบเดินชิวๆไม่แนะนำถ้าคนกลัวตุ๊กแกแต่วิวหน้ารีสอร์ทสวยอาหารโอเครแต่พนง. อาจจะงงๆเพราะเป็นคนกัมพูชาสะส่วนใหญ่.

It is a great place for vacation and different cafes and the sea food are delicious with many beaches with different kinds of bars with different views which are so beautiful.overall I had stayed there for 2 nights and I enjoyed my vacation very well and sun set is so good view with full of fire as a visible.although i cannot take the pic but its makes my eyes feels so comfortable when i saw sunset while swimming in the sea.

Really lovely resort set in a stunning bay with warm water, beautiful scenery and really friendly people. The Food is good and they offer a good selection of drinks too.

This place is pretty good. I've been to Thailand a handful of times but this place has me coming back. Very helpful customer service from the tall cute girl at the front desk. The rooms are good. And the location is perfect.

Just stayed here recently on my vacation. Overall the hotel is nice but what made my stay truly amazing was the help I received from the receptionist. She was very kind and patient with me. And as long as she's there I'll be staying there from now on.

แนะนำมาหน้าร้อน มาหน้าฝน คลื่นแรง น้ำไม่ค่อยใส ไม่ได้เล่นน้ำ แต่ก็ถือว่ามาพักผ่อน ที่พักดี อาหารบาร์อร่อยได้เยอะ แต่การเดินทางค่อนข้างไกล ใช้เวลานาน นั่งเรือไปกลับก็เกือบ 4 ชม. นั่งรถไปกลับท่าเรือไปรีสอร์ทอีก 2ชม. เหนื่อยมากใครจะมาพักควรมาอย่างน้อยสองคืนครับ

Overall resort is nice, but needs maintenance, nobody informed us about construction ongoing. There is a private beach with pier which is sadly not finished yet
Breakfast very average, lunch and dinner okay.
What stands out was amazing service.
Me and my girlfriend had a small motorbike accident and staff was extremly helpful to us. Special BIG Thanks to Khun LeLe Khun Lon who took amazing care of us ️

The resort has a small nice private beach, though wooden deck is all broken, you can't walk on it. I think breakfast buffet is sufficient even for a vegetarian like me given you can eat eggs. The negatives are the garden view bungalow faced to the rear walls of the other bungalow, huge rats above the ceiling space run for hours, water pressure was low and water was lukewarm. There are 3-4 peaceful dogs that live 24 hr in the restaurant area and sleep under the tables. It would be nicer if the deluxe rooms had water kettle and coffee.

การบริการยังไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร เพราะพนักงานบางคนพูดจาไม่ดี วันที่ไปพักเป็นช่วงวันหยุดยาวต่อเนื่องเสาร์อาทิตย์ทางที่พักก็ยังมีการมาตัดต้นไม้หน้าห้องพัก โดยไม่มีการขออนุญาติ มันควรทำวันที่ลูกค้าเยอะหรอ? ห้องพักที่เป็น sea view เหมือนเพิ่งเปลี่ยนกลอนประตูใหม่ ล็อคไม่ได้ด้วยแรงผู้หญิง เพราะกลอนฝืดมาก ควรเปลี่ยนค่ะ คืนนั้นขอโซ่กับแม่กุญแจ ทางโรงแรมบอกไม่มี สุดท้ายได้แค่เชือกมามัดประตู แย่มาก อาหารราคาเหมาะสม รสชาติดี

ถ้าคิดจะพักผ่อนจริงๆที่นี่มีครบอาหาร คาเฟ่ พนักงานน่ารักทุกคน
ทุกคนจริงๆน่ะ ที่หาดมีพนักงานคอยเก็บเศษขยะเพื่อให้ดูสะอาดตา อาหารอร่อยและมีน้องหมาน่ารักอยู่สามตัว

แค่คืนเดียวก้อสร้างความประทับใจให้ผมกับแฟนได้มากมายจิงๆ ถึงแม้จะไม่ได้ทำกิจกรรมอะไรเท่าไหร่ แต่คุณสามารถเติมพลังชีวิตได้จากที่นี่ อาหารอร่อยมากๆครับ ทุกเมนูที่สั่งเลย พนักงานดูแลดีมากๆครับ ห้องพักสะอาด ห้องน้ำดี ต้องกลับมาซ้ำครับ

ที่พักบรรยากาศดี ติดทะเล มีกิจกรรมให้ทำมากมาย ทั้งพายเรือคายัค ชม. ละ 50 มีซับบอร์ดให้บริการด้วย อาหารเช้าก็ดี แต่ตินิดนึงตรงรถ 2 แถวที่ให้บริการจากท่าเรือไปที่รีสอร์ท น่าจะมีการแจ้งสถานที่ลูกค้านิดนึงว่าไปส่งที่ไหนบ้าง เพราะมีรถเยอะมาก แต่กลายเป็นว่ารถคันนึงไปส่งหลายที่ คนขับก็ไม่บอกอะไร กลายเป็นลงผิดที่ แต่รีสอร์ทที่เราลงผิดคือ To the sea resort พนักงานน่ารักมากช่วยประสานกับทางเกาะกูดรีสอร์ทให้มารับ แต่รอเป็น ชม. ก็ไม่มีใครมารับ ทั้งๆที่ห่างไปไม่ไกลมาก สุดท้ายเป็น To the sea ที่เอารถของเค้ามาส่งให้ เสียความรู้สึกกับเกาะกูดรีสอร์ทนิดนึง แล้วสะพานที่เป็น signature ของรีสอร์ทก็พัง เดินไปได้ไม่ถึงครึ่ง น่าจะซ่อมให้สวยเหมือนภาพโปรโมทนะคะ

Nice beach, bar, good location, delicious foods, and very friendly staffs but the room is quite old - starting safety box, broken handle bathroom, and old hand held bidet also water is not running out well. There is no room-service we have to buy ice and mixers to bring it back by ourselves more over the path is not good to carry and drag suitcases. All you can see in the pictures
