This is not a review of the massage section but rather the "beauty salon" next to it. Traumatic experience for myself and my boyfriend. I went to get a manicure. I work in a spa back home and give manicures so I know what a manicure is. This was actually scary. She did not cut or file my nails 1st step or even push my cuticles back. She went right to tearing my cuticles off with unsanitary implements (I could see the foot paddle in her trolley had skin still stuck to it, nail files old peeling and brown). She didnt know what she was doing so she got the other lady. The other lady finished my cuticles. Then painted me with the an old barely any in the bottle stinky clear coat which contained little bits that stuck to my nail. I paid 150 (yes it's very little but I could have done a safer job myself). This is not where it ends. The same girl who started my manicure butchered my boyfriends hair as he had a mens cut. She buzzed the back of his head did not blend into the top so he had a clear shaved rim with actual holes behind the ear. Then cut (with loose dull scissors) chunks actual chunks from random spots around the top. Then said ok finished. I asked her to please finish and she clearly had no skill removed a few more chunks and took the Cape off. His was 250. We went back to our bungalow in fear of our health. I sanitized all my cuticles with alcohol and same to my boyfriends neck and ears after I cut off most of the longer hairs to even it out a bit. I could not let him go out in public like that. Places like that need to be shut down in fear of giving disease. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BEAUTY SALON
