We ended up staying four more days at this excellent resort mainly because of be friendliness of the host, Phalo. He treated each guest with Kindness and consideration. We appreciated how sweet he was to a Chinese couple when one of them was clearly coughing/sick. He was respectful and generous with them Showing him the same compassion he has for all of us semi: all nationalities. I didn't observe any Disrespect. It clearly is a time when we all are afraid of catching a bug that might compromise our health. He is indeed a special young man. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone.

The manager was kind to ONLY western customers, not to Asians. He ignored us and his face was not good, didn’t come to us. But for western people, he was really kind and always smiled. It made us so angry.
