44 Located in Umphang. Water fall bout 200-300 meter tall, during rain season can be few hundred meter wide.
To visit here option one is by car like my self. You need 4x4 vehicle. Some part of the road is very steep unpaved winding mountain road and dangerous for newbie.
I suggest option two. Get to Mae Sot town, stay in one of the local Guest house. From there engauge a tour or charter a transport negotiate for a package with acceptable price to visit Thi Lo Su and other water fall that was not accessible by road from the Thai soil, also to include a night stay at remote quite Umphang town, Have a good rest and good meal with friends & family, it is even better in winter time, arrange a BBQ party. Ensure to bring warm clothing in winter time, temperature can get very cold at night to below 10 deg. C.
