The location is wonderful and convenient, and you can experience almsgiving in the morning at a nearby temple, and you can also rent a bicycle for 30 baht, so you can tour the ruins right in front of you every morning.

More than anything,
The owner is surprisingly kind, and when I had to go to a private hospital for my son's sudden illness, he helped me find a hospital, drove me to the ATM on his motorcycle, and arranged for a reliable driver. It really saved me a lot.

I myself had been feeling unwell with gastroenteritis before my stay, so I was allowed to check in early, and I was at a loss both physically and mentally when my son was in an emergency situation.
In such a situation, I was saved by the owner's unhurried smile, and I was impressed by the deep compassion of the Thai people.

The breakfast my mom made every morning was really delicious.

Both my son and I would love to come back here again.

Accommodation with an unbeatable location, very close to the Sukhothai Historical Park (central area). The owner is incredibly kind and attentive, she gave me good advice for visiting Sukhothai and helped me a lot with getting to my next destination. He made me feel at home. The room is large and very clean, with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom is also large and clean, shower with hot water. Super good and abundant breakfast. Not a single complaint about the site, on the contrary, I recommend it 100%.

Excellent location by the entrance in the historical park, spotless clean, super friendly and helpful owner, bicycles for rent, I'd gladly come back.

The room was very clean. Bed is comfortable. Water is hot. AC works well. Its just really small (because of King bed) and no windows (or at least not one that let's light in). Other than that the place is great. The woman who owns the place is as helpful as anyone I've met in Thailand. And the location is awesome. And she has bikes for rent.

Our hostess was the nicest woman ever! I recommend getting a bicycle from her as well, thank you.

Very nice clean spacious room, and great location in the old part of Sukkothai. The owner does not speak much English but she is very friendly and left us fruit and toast in the morning, we also arrived very late at night and she got up and made us noodles. Great stay!

Very good location, a few minutes walk from the national museum and the main entrance to Sukhothai Historical Park. The guesthouse is close to everything as Old Sukhothai is very small and easy to walk. The guesthouse is modern and very clean, good facilities, private bathrooms. Breakfast was basic in the first day and more generous in the other days. Staff is nice and smiling, and speaks little English. You can rent bicycles for 30 bhat per day and motor bikes for 250 Bht per day.
However, I give only 4 stars because the double room were I stayed for the first two nights was VERY NOISY as it was facing the street circulated until late at night /from early in the morning. The door had holes and the windows were very thin, so when a motor bike passed, it felt like an earthquake. The double room is the bigger room (more expensive - bigger fridge, bigger mirror) but noisier.
The other rooms are smaller, cheaper, and quieter as they aren't facing the street, so pay attention to what you book if you want a quiet room. I was after a long bus trip and would have liked to rest better but it was impossible until I moved to another room after two nights.

We had a great stay at Space Ben. The hosts were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and funny! They provide a fantastic breakfast and water, the room had great A/C, and the bed was comfy. Possibly the best stay we've had in Thailand.

Very kindly host, very clean and peacefull place just a few steps from the main historical site. Lots of restaurants at the other side of the little lake.

RECOMMEMD 100%! We had an early leave, at 6am, and they had made us breakfast (super yummy) without asking them! Place is impecable. Location is amazing. Hosts are nice although they dont speak much english, but very caring. They also rent bikes to get around the city (they are kind of beat up, but it gets you there and also its super cheap). Enjoyed my stay here so much!

Very nice. 3 rooms, all with private toilet, shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, bottled water, soap, shampoo, softer beds than the normal hard Thai beds. Bicycles for rent for 30 baht per day. Right next to the historical park. 200 meters from the main road with restaurants.
