Everything. The place is charming. The view from the room is like a picture. The room is lovely. Excellent breakfast.

Very kind, we made a mistake when booking to sleep, everything was full, we got there and they saw us so desperate that they prepared the staff room for us so we could rest that night since we were leaving early the next morning.
They showed us everything we could see in SUKHOTHAI in such a short time, it was raining and they gave us umbrellas.in short, perfect.
Clean, cozy, extreme friendliness and impeccable service.
Ahhh! Fantastic breakfast included.
I recommend it.

From the moment I checked in, the hotel's care and help were very useful to me. The room was also a great value. It is definitely a worthy choice for travel accommodation

Very good service and perfect location for cycling to the historic center.
Simple but sufficient breakfast and clean rooms with air conditioning despite having padlocks.
At night there is noise from frogs, crickets and other animals.
The staff is super attentive and helped us check in for the bus to Chiang Mai.

It was close to the ruins park and we were able to stay there at a reasonable price. The rooms are cottage type and are far from the main road, so you can have a very quiet time.

By and large my favorite hotel on my trip to Thailand! The grounds are absolutely stunning and the resort is a short bike ride (7 - 8 minutes) from central Old Sukhothai. My room was clean, had a mosquito net for the bed, and was stocked with amenities. The staff at the resort were probably the best part of my stay. They went above and beyond in every which way: arranged a cab ride to the airport for me, had breakfast served an hour earlier than usual because I had an early flight, were prompt and informative, and even packed me a box of cookies on departure! I know I'll stay here every time I come to Sukhothai in the future.

Perfect accommodation in Sukhothai!

This hotel is simply the right choice if you are stopping in Sukhothai.
Rooms are spacious and clean, bathroom has a huge shower and lot of room to place your stuff.
The surrounding garden is beautiful and well maintained, with a great pool for a refreshing dive after a long day of visit.
Also, breakfast was good and served from 07: 00 in the morning.

Special note for the staff: english speaking, very kind and helpful for visiting the city and offered really a great service.

Very comfortable, clean, friendly and peaceful. Good breakfast. Close to historic city. Good pool area, covered parking, beautifully landscaped. I can highly recommend this resort, and would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful and peacefull hotel between the village and ricefields. Super staff and owner, nicely decoratief rooms, big swimming pool and great breakfast buffet! We came with our family of 5 and loved it!

This place is paradise. Could have stayed for weeks and not left the hotel (if it wasn’t for the fact that there is no good food anywhere in Sukhothai). Thankfully they do a great breakfast spread here with Western and Thai options.

Paradise aside, the service gets 5 stars on its own. Incredible and personal from check in to check out. Thank you.

We chose this hotel to visit the historic park of Sukhothai the next day. Its location was perfect less than 10 min by bike from the park entrance.
Slightly secluded from the busy street, this place is perfect for couples or families to relax, as it has individual maisonettes with porticoes and a large communal pool to share.
The bedroom was very beautiful, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. However, we were not lucky because at 5am a loud music, songs and drums resounding from the neighboring temple woke us up (I usually hear nothing when I sleep but it's impossible not to hear there). We were informed at the opening of the reception at 7: 00 am that it was a monks' festival song and that it was "random". I don't think it's a problem if you were informed the day before to check in early but we hadn't been warned which cut our already short night in two. The program of the possible parties must be ABSOLUTELY communicated to the people who are staying!
The breakfast is buffet style and good, possible complement would be to have a little more fruit or freshly squeezed juices.
The hotel provides bicycles at 50 bath per day, which is good to visit the Historical Park, it provides good culinary recommendations and calls you if needed, a tuk tuk for 200 bath to go to the bus station of Sukhotai city.

Staff is tge highlight, they are super gentle, relax and helpful. It's like living in a beautiful garden. It's clean calm and relaxing. The pool is very nice too. The included breakfast while smple, do a good job to give you a good start for the day to come.

Perfect little resort tucked quietly around the back of the main road, a short tuktuk journey into town (50 baht). The historical park nearby is excellent. Make sure to visit the Ramkamhaeng National Museum (150 baht for falang) if you have an interest in the story of ancient Siam and the influence of Hindu India in the emergence of the regional Buddhist traditions and the Thai script. It is fascinating.

Tbe service in the resort is lovely. The rooms are well appointed in traditional Thai style, clean and nice. The pool is large and clean.
