Positive points: Inexpensive and ideal location near the station

Negative points:
- it is difficult to sleep in the room because it is so hot. The fan provided makes so much noise that it makes sleeping difficult.
- The wifi does not work in the room.
- Lots of ants in the room and on the bed
- Sanitary facilities not very clean
- Scooter rental for 250baths for 24 hours but you are charged 50baths more if you return it 1 hour after the hour.

In short: a very average set

Excellent location, near the bus station, we woke up and we were already there, ready to leave for Chiang Mai. Easily accessible from Sukhotai airport by public bus (30 baht). Breakfast available. They left us water. There was a fridge. There was no safe, kettle or hairdryer.

Good sized room but the facilities and furniture are old, the bathroom lacks some cleaning. On the other hand, it is perfect if you arrive by bus since it is right in front of the terminal and they have a 24-hour reception. The staff is very friendly and you can rent a motorcycle with them. Cheap price 7e/night/double room.

If you're just passing through to drop things off, it's ok. Poor facilities, regular cleaning, very very cheap price (that's why we chose it). Friendly staff, Sukothai motorcycle rental 12km good road and everything in a straight line.from the accommodation you can see the bus station and at the same time it is quiet.

Value for your money just Bath 350.00, , One kilometers to town, place and room very well maintained. Ladies boss very friendly.

Great location and situated next to the bus terminal so convenient for fellow travellers, the choice of hiring a motorbike or push bike to travel and explore the old city of Sukho Thai (around 20 minutes on motorbike). Really attentive and friendly staff, with extremely reasonable costs. Would recommend to stay here if visiting Sukho Thai.

I arrive really late or early 3am and service really good, as well rent a motor bike whit about any problem deposit fee of 2000 THB, room and services clean, just in front of bus station!

Cheap hotels but not that clean. Location next to bus stop. Quiet far away from anywhere. Needs a car because at night not look safe for walking around!

Very close to the bus station. Like 2 minute walk. Yet it is far enough to be quiet.
Highly recommend as it is impossible to miss your bus.

The hotel offer motorbike rental service at an affordable price 250 THB gor 24h, so you can rent old at 6 AM and ride to the old Sukhothai in just 10 minutes to beat the crowd.

Comfi beds, towell, toiletpaper. What do you need more. Alao lots of windowa and bike and bycicle rental. Helpfull and friendly staff that spoke english

Perfect location (1 min to the bus station), really clean rooms and amazing and helpful staff! After a whole day in Sukhothai old town they let us wait in their place and even offered shower before the trip to Bangkok. Recommended

Everything was fine. The aircon was great, the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The busstation is very near and there are some resturants around the guesthouse.

Excellent location buy the station, very welcoming family. The room was large, quite and comfortable. We extended oir stay by 2 nights. Excellent calue. The scooters and bicycles were in very good condition. The bathroom could be cleaner and we didn't get bottles of water for the second or third night so astar was deducted.

Great location, 100m to the bus station! If you are there just to visit the old city, it is a great option. You can get a tuk tuk to the old city and back from the station, as well. B-fast not included but the room rate is very low so getting a paid b-fast on the premises should not be a problem. Also, of you can, get a room with an AC. We got some cheap fan equipped room and it was rather hot and stuffy at night.

Great location as we arrived 5 am in a night bus and it's just in front of station!
They even offers us to pay half day and get a room straight away so we could rest without need to pay a full night.that option was not possible in others I called before!
Very recomended!
