Legendha Sukhothai Resort at Sukhothai Historical Park

Refused to change dates although we fulfilled the conditions to do it (as mentioned in our booking). We then had to cancel and the hotel charged 100%! We cannot understand why.

Stayed here in April 2023.
Really lovely hotel, the decor is spot on and very island like. The pool is a great touch. The rooms/bungalows are spacious, and the breakfast is OK.
The only negatives I can think of is the mosquitoes which cannot be avoided due to the river, and the mattresses are very hard.

The incredibly friendly staff make this hotel. They were welcoming. They were knowledgeable. They were excellent.

The receptionist deserves a medal. Saw her being spoken to like dirt by a French man which she managed with incredible grace.

The rooms were large. In need of a dust but mostly clean and fully stocked and if you require anything the staff will be on hand to assist. Some rooms have a view of one of the ruined Wat which is just behind the hotel, but this is not all of the rooms and sadly all we could see were bins.

The Wi-Fi in the room was sketchy it only really worked when you were near reception.

The hotel is the best in Sukhothai. This is a resort area not a city/town which won’t provide much for the average tourist unless all they want is to lie by a pool all day. Sukhothai Historical Park is a short walk away. Or an even shorter tuktuk. The park can be explored in a day. The local area doesn’t provide much. No nightlife. 3/4 restaurants. Everything closes early including the hotel on-site bar/restaurant. Restaurants and bars in the area take last orders at around 9.30pm. Everything closed 10pm. Lots of European tourists and coach parties so everyone was in their rooms sleeping at 10.15pm.

I really enjoyed staying here thanks to very nice atmosphere and warm service. In the room, some amenities are provided and showers supply hot water. The morning buffet has Thais and Western dishes. I recommend this hotel for the stay in Sukhothai

The restaurant belongs to a hotel but you can also eat here when you’re not a hotel guest.

The food looks fresh and clean and is served at a steaming hot temperature - as it should be. It’s a bit pricey. It is also possible to get a vegetarian version of your dish if you don’t like meat.

It’s comfortable to sit there and enjoy the green view and the river. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice resort! Clean nice rooms (small bungalows), the best possible location if you want to be close to the old town, it's around 10 minutes on foot. If you rent a motor bike is better.

Amazing resort. Really lovely bungalows in the garden. The breakfast was tasty and the staff extremley friendly.

We stayed in Deluxe room. Room are big, nice and clean. Our balcony is next to Sukhothai historical site, so you could see the ancient ruins from your windows!

Staffs are also very nice. Breakfast was okay but dinner at Namkhang restaurant are great.

A very nice place to stay the grounds and rooms are very nice. It's a little bit older Thai style place. Their breakfast options were very good

Nice cozy standard hotel decorating traditional Sukhothai style. Lots of big tree, big swimming pool, big garden area. Close to Change Lom temple. Free bicycle. Biking around the hotel was peaceful.

The hotel is in good location, just a minute walk to one famous temple. The breakfast is very good, many choices and good taste.

Hotels looks nice but more setup to receive groups. Empty due to Covid.
Close to the historical park, but they do not have bike to propose to their clients. Possible to cycle to the historical park (3-3 km) from the hotel, on the back there is a little road, to go there.

Very Beautiful Thai style resort near the Sukhothai Historic Park, love all decoration food &beverage are great, staff are friendly.perfect location.

This hotel is amazing with its location, walk through the back of the hotel is Wat Chang Lorm (means temple is surrounded by elephant). Clean and staff are very nice. On the side of the room is pool view and the other side is garden with wooden floor.

This is a hotel that has a beautiful garden. It also has a canal runs pass through it. The rooms are very comfortable to stay. It located near Sukhothai historical park which is a world heritage.

Front desk staff was very rude and not helpful at all
. The room we got was poorly lit not at all as described on the pictures. Breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Overpriced even with discount. Rooms are nice, so is the pool, and location is great but the food was disappointing. Breakfast never had croissants at the croissant sign. Beef sirloin was rather disappointing and quite frankly falsely advertised. Update your picture of the beef sirloin or cook it like in the picture
