Just outside the bus station, connected to the city by a dirty road. Really nice place to stay and visit sukhothai. Breakfast is a bit pricey!

Nice rooms, comfy bed, lovely staff, good communl area and all very clean and well presented. The nicest guesthouse I've stayed in in Thailand so far

Don't know about the guest house but the pizzas are amazing. Didn't expect to find such quality in Sukhothai. Love these people who make a difference...
