โทรไปสองวันก่อนจะเข้าพักสอบถามราคาโอเครในราคา3450บาทต่อห้องเรายังเดินทางไม่ถึงน่าจะอีกสองชั่วโมงอาจจะสี่ทุ่มพอดีหรือเกินสี่ทุ่มเราตัดสินใจถ้าจองก็จะโอนเงินมัดจำราคา 3ห้อง แต่พนักงานตอบเหมือนไม่ง้อลูกค้าบอกว่าถ้าเข้าพักเกินสี่ทุ่มไม่มีพนักงานพาเข้าที่พักนะคะมีแค่ รปภ. เรางงมากหรือเราอาจจะเข้าพักดึกไป เลยตัดสินใจไม่จอง? แล้วคุณพนักงานก็รีบวางสายมากเหมือนไม่เป็นไรเราลูกค้าเยอะไม่ง้อ ราคาในเศรษฐกิจช่วงนี้ก็ถือว่าไม่ถูกนะคะที่จะมีแขกเข้าพัก การบริการต้องมาด้วยไหมคะ? เลยตัดสินใจ ค้นหาอีกหลายที่มาได้ที่ moosi yard hometel. ราคา1800- ถือว่าโอเครกลางๆแต่บริการนี่สิสนใจสอบถามถึงกี่โมงให้โทรบอกจะมีน้องมารับตรงด้านหน้า. วันนั้นไปรับรถบ้านมา เขาก็ส่งโลเคชั่นมา เงินก็ไม่ต้องมัดจำ แอดไลน์คุยบริการดีมากพอถึงเจ้าของรีสอร์ตคอยดูแล บ้านพักเป็นหลังพัก2คน บรรยากาศดีมาก ที่พักสะอาดเงียบสงบหลับสบายตื่นเข้ามาอาหารก็อร่อยถูกปากมีทั้งไทยหรือแบบฝรั่ง ก็รู้สึกประทับใจที่เจอที่พักและการบริการที่ดีดุจญาติมิตร ฝากถึงผู้บริหารนะคะโรงแรมหรือรีสอร์ตท่านอาจจะดีแต่ต้องฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้มีใจรักบริการให้มากขึ้นแม้เงินจะไม่มากแต่ก๋จะเป็นผลดีต่อธุรกิจต่อๆไปไม่ต้องโฆษณาให้วุ่นวายสิ้นเปลืองถ้าคุณดีจริงปากต่อปากของลูกค้าที่เข้าไปใช้บริการสำคัญไม่แน่ท่านอาจจะได้ลูกค้าที่เพิ่มมากขึ้นจากกลุ่มลูกค้าเดิม …ขอบคุณค่ะ

Wonderful place, I loved it so much, this venue was PERFECT for my wedding and all the staff worked really hard to make this day the best of my life, and I thank them a lot! I highly recommend Baan Souchada for all special occasions!

น้ำไม่ไหลจ้ะ เมื่อคืนน้ำฝักบัวไหลอ่อนมากไม่ร้อนเลย ไม่ได้อาบน้ำ พนง. แจ้งได้แต่ว่าส่งช่างไปดู ไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้นนะ ไม่ได้อาบน้ำ นอนเลย เช้ามา น้ำไม่ไหลเลย ส่งช่างมาดูอีก นั่งรออออออ แย่กว่านี้มีมั้ย

ชอบและถูกใจที่นี่มาก เหมาะมสกสำหรับคนชอบความสงบ ไม่วุ่นวาย มีกิจกรรมให้เด็กๆ พาไปชมฟาร์มเล็กๆ มรกิจกรรมขี่ม้า เก็บไข่ มีกระต่าย กวาง ควาย แพะ วัวนม ให้ชม พนง. บริการดีทุกคน อาหารอร่อยราคามิตรภาพ ตอนแรกจะพักคืนเดียว พอได้พักแล้วติดใจพักต่อ แต่ย้ายเป็นห้องใหญ่กว่าเดิม ชอบมากค่ะ จะกลับไปพักอีกค่ะ

Food in the restaurant is very tasty,

Beautiful room and resort.

Huge disappointment. Overpriced by 2x to 3x. Damp room. Spent 2 sleepless nights here. I can get a much nicer hotel for this price in Khao Yai. This resort is in the middle of nowhere.

Best place for resting and relax. Staff are well trained and always helpful. Resort have plenty of activities. Not too far from Bangkok.

The resort had smart TV which is very good to watch in the evening.

1. Should park a car at car parking in front of the hotel, the take a golf car to the house. For the deluxe room, locate in main building in front of the hotel, no need to take a golf car.
2. The decoration, stuffs, interier design including outdoors scenario are fabious and well design as the owner idea. However, some stuffs need to fix or replace, for example my house, the fans at balcony work only 1/3, etc.
3. For the view, not the same house type having same view, as i got, i can't see the golf yard as well as in the promote picture. Need to check with reservation to book the room you want.
4. Main pool is not big but it is OK for relaxing.
5. You should book the time for tour around there, 9.00 AM - 11.00 AM in the morning. Or you can jogging in the morning or evening, if you want.
6. It is quite hot at balcony on day as mine don't have the fan. Thus, we don't stay at balcony, Uhmm.not vaulable for pay on this type. May be try on another as swimming pool in front of.
7. Breakfast buffet is good, i like coffee. I have lunch there, the taste is fine, not WOW but the price a bit high as claim to 5 star hotel.
8. Quite place to stay, not much around there.

What we like
- Spacious resort in general and for the room that we stayed (Pool villa room 501)
- Unique Thai decorations of the room and common space
- Room service without extra charge
- Polite staff
- Toiletries are nice, they use L’octane
- Personal pool at pool villa, spacious and pretty well maintained

What we don’t like
- The drain in the shower room is clogged. After 2 mins of showering you have to choose whether to continue showering with flooding on the floor, invading into the ‘dry’ area or you gotta stop and wait until the clog is gone and continue your shower. I’ve never been to a five-star hotel experiencing this problem before. Very disappointing.
- The jacuzzi doesn’t work. First thing the receptionist told us is that she will send someone to prepare jacuzzi for us as it would take at least 1-2 hrs so we can use it after dinner. However, we ended up not being able to use the jacuzzi. They sent someone to fill the water at the beginning but grease are all over the water in jacuzzi tub, not sure if it’s ever properly cleaned before. After an hour of filling, we go check the tub and water is not warm, calling the reception and they sent someone over for the second round. This time the staff said the first person who went in didn’t turn on the hot water for us, so she will need to drain the tub first and putting warm water in again. We agreed with her suggestion and let her do the work. Later she said all is well and left the scene. We later go and check, finding that the water is still cold. After reading the jacuzzi manual provided, we try to adjust the temperature of the water but it didn’t work, calling for help again but this time they said no housekeeper available as all already off their shifts. We were again very disappointed as this room we book has no tub, jacuzzi is the only way we all could chill together in a nice warm water. Please also note that the jacuzzi is outdoor, so while using it you might experience some snails, mosquitoes, spiders, and even a cat! After the stay, we still not sure whether the jacuzzi is really not working or it’s because no staff is properly trained to use and prepare it for guests. Compared with the price paid (almost 500 sgd), I think this problem needs to be solved right away on the spot.
- Western food: Thai food served by the restaurant is really nice but their western dishes are really not worth the price.
- The zoo: it seems like the resort is promoting the ‘farm visit’ activity, but in general it’s a quick 15-min tour on the golf cart visiting personal farm of the resort owner. Nothing special.

We have stayed here four times over the past year and each time it has been fabulous. The staff are lovely and very attentive, the food is delicious and the surroundings are beautiful. It is always so peaceful and the facilities are very well cared for. We will keep coming back!

I wrote my first review (above) for Souchada 2 years ago and just wanted to write another review for them. I think it has been our 6th or 7th trip here now! We just got back from another great weekend at Souchada. The staff are always so friendly and provide a high-quality service. We had a small problem with our room, but the staff went above and beyond to make up for it. They kindly changed the room late at night and also upgraded our room type. The food is delicious and we love taking a walk around the farm. We look forwards to coming back soon!

I had a pool villa. I have never seen such a strong pool of chlorine. I felt like I was immersed in a disinfectant.

As a result, resort trips have been ruined by powerful disinfectants.

I could not be happier with this place. The rooms the staff the food was all great. I do wish they had a bigfer breakfast menu but that is all. This is a grwat place to stay with coworkers or family. I will be planning a trip back.

Amazingly quiet, friendly staff, and peaceful grounds for walking or e biking around. There are vegan menu options among continental and Thai options.

เข้ามาภายในมีจักรยานไฟฟ้าให้ปั่น ชมสวนกล้วยไม้ หมูป่า กวาง ควาย วัว ม้า บลาๆ แถมมีสนามกอล์ฟย่อมๆ ไว้ให้ซ้อมอุ่นเครื่องเบาๆ

บ้านไหนมีเด็กๆ ต้องชอบมากแน่ๆ

ส่วนรสชาติอาหารอร่อยค่ะ ช่วงโควิดจะเป็น อลาคลาส สถานที่สวยงาม ช่วงที่เรามาจะมีก่อสร้างเพิ่มเติมอีก ประทับใจจะมาพักใหม่อีกรอบนึงแน่ๆค่ะ

Nice scenery and good atmosphere surrounded by nature and mountains. I would highly recommend for people who is looking for a retreat from City Life.

เตือนทุกท่านไว้หากไปใช้บริการครับ ไม่ใช่พนักงานทุกคนไม่ดี แต่ถ้าซวยเจอพนักงานนิสัยโจรแบบผม ทิ้งของไว้ก็ไม่ได้คืนครับ

Beautiful resort with top class amenities. If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place to be at. Definitely a good choice

The staff was kindly. The deluxe room was big enough and clean. The breakfast was good. Conclusion: plesent stay.
