Viewpoint Complex วิวพอยท์ คอมเพล็กซ์

เป็นสถานที่รวบรวมร้านอาหารดังๆไว้ในจุดเดียว มีทั้ง mk yayoi ไก่ย่างเขาสวนกวาง แว่นตาท็อปเจริญ 7-11 และอีกหลากหลายร้านอาหาร เรียกได้ว่ามาทีเดียวมีในเลือกครบครัน แต่ก่อนจอดรถต้องแสตมป์บัตรหากไม่ใช่บริการต้องเสียเงินค่าจอดซึ่งสร้างความยุ่งยากมาก ตอนนี้ยกเลิกแสตมป์บัตรไปเรียบร้อยแล้วคือดีงามมากๆ

BAD MANNER STAFFS

The office staffs are so rude. We were waiting for our friends while sitting on branch at there but they kick us out because we don't live there. We were just minding our own business and nothing did illegally. Staffs need to me more polite and humble. We won't recommend any friends to live there.

Viewpoint complex เพือนนิสิต นักศึกษา ท่านใดสนใจและคิดจะมาอยู่คิดใหม่ยังทันนะคะ ตัวห้องใช้วัสดุแบบบาง ทำให้ ได้ยินเสียงรถวิ่งไปมาตลอด อีกทั้งยังมีเสียงลมจากประตูทางออกสู่ระเบียงพนักงานบริการแย่และไม่สุภาพค่ะ (เป็นบ้างคนนะคะ เช่นคุณ อ, คุณ ร) เวลามีปัญหา ก็ชักสีหน้าใส่ค่ะ ค่าห้องก็แพงด้วยนะคะเเถมคิดค่าเดิน สายเน็ตอีกทุกเดือน เดือนละ200 บาท อีกเรื่องคือ การทำความสะอาดค่ะ อย่างตึกที่อยู่มีแมลงสาบมานอนตายหงายท้องหน้าลิฟ เเจ้งพนักงานที่ชื่อ รไป รับปากว่าจะให้แม่บ้านมาจัดการให้ ท้ายที่สุดผู้เช่าต้องเป็นคนเก็บเองหลังจากผ่านไปสามวัน และอีกเรื่องคือ แม่บ้านแทบจะไม่มาทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ส่วนกลางอย่างเช่น ทางเดินระหว่างห้อง หรือ ลิฟ จะสังเกตได้ จากเศษฝุ่นที่บางห้องกวาดออกมากองไว้ที่หน้าห้องตัวเองค่ะ รถตู้ก็เคยขับแบบเหมือนจะไม่เบรคเลยค่ะ ส่วนตัวเคยให้แม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดนะคะ ปรากฎว่า คุณแม่บ้านทำขวดยาสมุนไพรจีน แตกเลอะเต็มฟูก หมอนเลยค่ะ เสร็จแล้วมากวนอีกค่ะ บอกว่าจะให้ซื้อคืนให้ไหม โดยที่ไม่แจ้งว่าทำทั้งฟูก หมอน ผ้าปูเตียงเปื้อน

เป็นประสบการ์ณตรงส่วนตัวที่เจอ ไม่ได้มีเจตนาว่าร้ายใครนะคะ ที่อยากแชร์ค่ะ และอยากให้ทางวิวพอยท์ปรับปรุงตัว

For any Abac student who would like to stay at Viewpoint Complex, please reconsider. It is true that staying at Viewpoint complex can be beneficial in many ways such as food sources or to go to university since there are seven eleven here and other well know restaurant such as The pizza company, The Four Season and Vans to drive you from here to the University. However, the Viewpoint rooms' were poorly designed. For instance, the doors to balcony in are slide ones and they are so thin so that you can hear noises from cars or even wind. Also, there is a gap between the doors so when its rain the water get in sometimes. Moving on to how things are manage here, staffs are lack of service mind and un willing to help. Once there is a problem it would take staffs so long or forever to solve the problem. Not all staffs are this bad but if you stay here, you know which are staffs am talking about. Another important is thing is a fail manage to meet standard in cleanness. Not long ago, i told the staffs that there was a dead cockroach in front of the elevators. They promised me to bring maid or someone to clean. However, three days passed and the dead cockroach still stayed where it was and at the end i had to clean it myself. To be honest this drive me mad and made me write a review so others will know how this place really is. Moreover the public spaces are barely clean. Frankly it give me such a disgusting feeling every time i walk pass the hall way, stairs or using the elevator. Next things is over price, the cost of the rooms are too expensive and wifi is not free. After you pay for the wifi 600 bath depend on your preferences, True or Ais wifi. You will be charged 200 bath monthly from Viewpoint.

For any Assumption University's students, my dear friends who thinking of stay at Viewpoint complex. Please think twice, many better dorms are still available for you guys plus in a cheaper prices.
