Small supermarket inside the Robinson shopping center in samut prakarn, a good choice of products not only Thai at a semi-affordable price, convenient if the product is in a hot price.

The store is very good. But not enough staff for food cash card exchange. Have to waiting for long time. Please do some process for fix it.

ปัญหาเยอะมากครับกับระบบแคชเชีย ช้า ค้างบ่อย คนเยอะแคชเชียเปิด 2 ช่อง กว่าจะจ่ายได้ เกือบ 10-15 นาที ส่วนเครื่องจ่ายเอง เคยใช้ครั้งเดียว เพราะไปกี่ทีก็เสียไม่พร้อมให้บริการ ปัญหาเยอะมาก แล้วไม่ใช่แค่ครั้งเดียว ถ้ารีบๆ ซื้อที่อื่นดีกว่าครับ

With a high volume of customers and tired-looking staff, it's quite easy to have an unsatisfactory grocery shopping experience here, especially during peek hours.

Obviously, the prices here are much higher than other stores like Big-C (across the street) and Macro (10-minute drive down the road). But that's the price you pay for convenience (located inside Robinson's, right beside a BTS station and near the two major apartment complexes in the area), as well as having a decent selection of imported gourmet foods (chocolate and cheese!). The perks include big discounts at checkout if you use a qualifying premium credit card, and free delivery if you live neaby and spend at a minimum amount (699 baht?).

However, some staff are downright RUDE (specifically one female manager in charge of in-store pickup for online purchases).

But my biggest complaint is the slow checkout lines, in part due to the cheap white RFID chip readers (see picture), which the cashiers must use for cashless contact payments via smartphone and credit card. These card/phone payment devices frequently malfunction and provide TERRIBLE service, which slow down the checkout process significantly for everyone in line.

Also, the poor cashiers appear untrained with how to fix technical problems with their equipment at the cash register. Samsung and Google payment systems are supposed to be accepted, but in reality they often do not work on my premium flagship Samsung device. I am convinced it's the stores use of cheap technology, and I must be careful to always carry cash, just in case. So shopping here might not be as convenient as it appears.

Dear Tops:
1. PLEASE better train your staff to provide friendlier customer service and to know how to solve problems with the cashless payment system during checkout.
2. PLEASE upgrade/update your cashless payment technology for a faster, smoother checkout experience. You can afford it.

พนักงานแคชเชีย ปรียาฉัตร ถ้าไม่โปรต้องไปฝึกมาใหม่น่ะ ลูกค้ากดใช้คูปองมาตำหนิลูกค้าว่ากดเร็วทำไม ถามว่าคูปองส่วนลดต้องซื้อสินค้าราคาเท่าไหร่
เป็นพนักงานไม่เข้าใจคำว่า คูปองส่วนลดหรอ

มันอาจจะเล็กไปสักหน่อย แต่สถานที่สดวกในการจับจ่าย ของกินของใช้ในครัวเรือน เพราะสถานที่อยู่ในห้างโรบินสัน

การจัดของเรียงวางสินค้าดูเป็นระเบียบ สะอาดตา ชอบตรงอาหารสดเดินดูเพลินตาน่าซื้อ น่าจับจ่ายมากเป็นพิเศษ ที่น่าตำหนินิดหนึ่งคือ เวลาจ่ายบัตรเครดิต หรือ เดอะซันการด์ แคชเชียร์บางคนจะเรียกชื่อลูกค้าเฉยๆไม่มีความเป็นโปรเฟสนอล และ ดูไม่ค่อยสุภาพ ควรเรียก "คุณ" นำหน้าชื่อทุกครั้งโดยไม่เลือกปฎิบัติ. เวลาพิมพ์ชื่อพนักงานแคชเชียร์ คุณยังพิมพ์ miss หรือ Mr. บนสลิปบิล เรื่องละเอียดอ่อนแบบนี้อวค์การใหญ่แบบ ท็อป พลาดไปได้ไงครับ
