Immigration horribly slow and inefficient after COVID. Constantly do not have enough officers working at immigration for both entering and leaving the country.
Airport Rail Link to City.
Take less than 25 minutes to connect to BTS or MRT.
Just 45 Baht ($1.3) cheap and quick.
Exchange currency counters are available at the airport entrance on the same level.
Large luggage must use lift for comfortable.

. Bangkok Railway, Thailand - Suvarnabhumi A1 Lat Krabang A2.
Very convenient, just drop off your luggage at B2
45baht per person, the airport goes directly to the city, the most important thing is not to worry about traffic jams!
Metro line stop right at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Convenient, 20 minutes to the city center. The fare for 2023 is about 35 baht.
You can go to central Bangkok from the airport for 45 baht. About 20-30 minutes. No toilet on board. There are no toilets in the basement of the airport, so it's a hassle if you don't get off after finishing on the first floor!
There are about 3 places to exchange money with good rates near the underground platform. It is better to compare the rates as the rates may be different even in front of you!
There are cafes and restaurants like a simple food court to kill time, but it's a short walk from the gate to the boarding area, so it's better to wait at the boarding area. The timetable is not very reliable and it seems like they come every few minutes.
When I bought a ticket (kind of like a plastic coin, sometimes black or yellow) from a vending machine, all my change came out in the form of 1 baht coin. Over 30 pieces. I think there are many people who have just exchanged money, but it is better not to buy with large bills if possible.
In May 2023, after 6pm, the train from downtown Bangkok to the airport stopped running for about 20-30 minutes due to system trouble. The train was crowded and difficult, so I recommend giving yourself plenty of time.
Of course, it’s too small for such a flow of tourists, but everything has been done for the people. I’m especially pleased with the presence of Sevan Illevan in the registration area; you can buy everything at the usual prices. Currency exchange is good on the floor where there is access to the Metro.
The cheap special line from the airport to Bangkok city, from the airport to the city terminal Phaya Thai, only costs THB45, which is really convenient.
Good airport. Everything is in under one roof. Friendly, helpful and good heart staff everywhere there. Many cafes are there and cab service, bus service and metro rail also run from there.
A very nice new airport with lots of branded shops and restaurants. Smooth, fast check-in, friendly airport staff.
Clean airport well organized for check in but there are really a lot of travelers!
Very very long police passage given the crowds. Waiting in a crowded hallway with no air conditioning! On arrival, 5 counters are open. So this is the b.
Numerous shops.
The shuttles are on the lower floors. Watch out for taxis!
Large airport, designed keeping utility in mind. Big number of duty free shops and businesses. It would have really helped if the staff working could all understand English and speak a bit. Afterall it's an international airport in a tourism-dependent country.
ใครที่จะเดินทางช่วงนี้แนะนำให้ไปก่อนเวลาอย่างน้อยสัก 3-4 ชั่วโมงนะคะเพราะคนรอเช็คอินเยอะมากๆคะ
It's the biggest airport in Thailand. Directional signs are clearly marked in both Thai and English. Airport lounges are on almost every terminal. Or individual small restaurants and cafes and shops are countless.
The chicken is halal in McDonald's, and the ingredients for the fish burger are for information only. Thank you
Slow at self check in luggages and the machine keep processing and system crashed. For the security is goes smoothly.
The International Airport for all arrivals and departure excellent service, but always crowded and full of tourists.
The airport is large and there are many operating airlines, but only 3 booths for foreigners are open during immigration screening, which takes time
Easy to access, clear boards and ample seating space to sit and wait for someone or for next flight or just watch people pass by.
