This immigration is really bad! Counter 12 officer very bad temper, impolite and very bad!

I was really angry. The woman who ran to window No. 12 rolled her eyes at me and asked me to provide a house contract. I did not need a house contract to apply for a 90-day report before, and then she waited for me to print one. After I printed it back, she said, "My The TM30 was extended and I had to pay a fine. In the end, I didn't get through it at all. The most angry thing was that she rolled her eyes at me. I felt like she was looking down on me. Her attitude towards me was very bad. I spent a whole day running there and ended up crying. I went home really angry! ! !

This place is a joke. It really seems as though they are coached to make people as miserable as possible and to never get anything done the way it should be. Oh, and if you happen to need anything done roughly 10 minutes before 12 pm, it won’t happen. They will magically have a long phone call to take or, in my experience with counter 9, their system will suddenly “error” but will miraculously come back online at 1 if you would like to return. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I went with a TM30 application. I downloaded the materials online, filled them out, and submitted them in advance based on information from people with experience, but the process was completed in no time.

Can I give ZERO stars, one is even too much. 13 counters, maybe 2 are working, rest playing their phone or eating, drinking, while they close for 1 hour.waited 75-90 minutes before seeing someone and I have ZERO people waiting or being served in front of me. More than one star probably from the AGENTS that come in with 10 passports and no documentation and get priority and their stamps while the rest of us wait and wait. Even the toilets are for officers only.you have to walk 500 meter to find a paying public one.

Usually our experience here has been fine and staff are very friendly. But the lady who did our re-entry service was incredibly rude. Nonchalantly asking us to get another queue number when we had already pre-booked our appointment online and were clearly able to evidence the fact. When it was ultimately proven that she was wrong, and her colleagues pointed out that she had made a mistake in doubting us, she offered no apology at all and carried a look of disappointment that she wasn’t able to cause an unnecessary delay on our day.

If you don’t enjoy your job, or are seeking to cause misery on others as a way of getting some semblance of satisfaction go and find another job somewhere else as currently you’re letting this beautiful country down in the face of the world.

Be prepared to be sent back for copy after copy of documents. Thankfully copies are 3-4 baht, so it isn't a big expense. Prints are cheap. The line goes by fairly quick and the step from the queue number to the immigration officer is usually about 5min. Place nearby to get photos, and downstairs has very nice and cheap food options. Not a horrible experience, but very bureaucratic, as most immigration offices are.

Don't come here. I just had the worst 7 hours of my life to get a visa extension. I am leaving this country and not coming back. From getting laughed at for asking why I have to wait 7 hours to one hour lunch breaks without air-conditioning (you have to wait outside) it was all a giant mess. Horrible experience. They make Thailand look really bad.

If you don't speak Thai, get ready to have your entire day wasted. I get told to the wrong line only to get told to go back to information and get in a new line at the end of it. But oh wait, now that line won't be served before 12. This place makes the entire government of Thailand look bad to all foreigners.

บริการดีนะครับ แต่สภาพแวดล้อมไม่ดี เก้าอี้นั่งงานวัดและไม่เพียงพอสำหรับผู้สูงอ่ายุเหมือนไม่ได้คิดหรือแคร์คนที่มาใช้บริการเลย แย่มากๆกีบถาษีที่จ่ายไปทุกๆปีเพื่อมาเห็นอะไรแบบนี้

เจ้าหน้าที่ลงวันที่ผิด แจ้งขอแก้ไขวันที่ให้ถูกต้อง แต่ได้คำตอบว่า " ไม่ทันแล้ว ข้อมูลเข้าระบบแล้ว " แย่มากเลย อีกอย่างหนึ่ง คนที่มาใช้บริการตั้งเยอะมาก แต่ที่นั่งไม่เพียงพอค่ะ

ไม่เคยได้มารอบเดียวเลยค่ะ มี 90 วันที่ดีหน่อย หลังๆมาทีเดียวแป๊บเดียวเสร็จ ติดต่อเรื่องอื่นคือเตรียมใจไว้เลย

ล่าสุดคือไม่รู้ว่ายกเลิกการจองทำวีซ่าผ่านการโทร โทรเบอร์ที่เคยได้มาโทรไม่ติด ไม่มีคนรับ เลยตัดสินใจมาถึงที่ แจ้งประชาสัมพันธ์ด้านหน้าว่าโทรจองไม่ติด

ประชาสัมพันธ์กดคิวให้ เลยแจ้งไปอีกรอบว่าจะมาจองคิววีซ่านะคะ คือยังไม่ได้จะทำเพราะไม่ได้เอาเอกสารมาเลย จะจองคิวตามที่ได้รับแจกเอกสารมาก่อนหน้า ทางนี้ก็บอกต้องติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่

แล้วรอ 3-4 ชั่วโมง เพื่อได้คุยกับเจ้าหน้าที่ ประโยคเดียวว่า พาลูกจ้างวอล์คอินเข้ามาได้เลย เพื่ออออ

เหนื่อยนะคะ เรื่องนี้ต้องโทษที่เจ้าหน้าที่ไม่เข้าใจจุดประสงค์เรา หรือต้องโทษที่เราอธิบายกับเจ้าหน้าที่ไม่เคลียร์ดีคะ คือถ้าเถียงมากถามมากก็คงดูเป็นคนน่ารำคาญนะคะ กลัวระบบทำงานแบบนี้แล้วเราไปขวางระบบ

จะเก็บไว้เป็นบทเรียนค่ะ ซึ่งอนาคตข้างหน้าคงเจออีกแน่นอน แต่เป็นเรื่องอื่น

I'm sorry, but frankly, this Immigration Office is nothing but a disgraceful sh.show. The stuff is notorious unfriendly, too busy playing on their phones and listening to music while bouncing their heads to the rhythm, ignoring the people waiting in queue. No Hello, no thank you, no please and no goodbye, not in Thai and certainly not in english, simply because nobody there speaks english even remotely well enough to discuss immigration related topics. Each and every f.ing time they make a nightmare out of simple things, asking for additional documents or different document formatting if you dare to use the pdf files they provide on their own homepage. More often than not, each subsequent visit leads to an other request, something they could tell you before, but apparently choose not to and having experienced this a few times now, I am strongly suspecting ill intent.

So unorganized and although I love Thailand and want to visit again and again, these Immigration agencies and rules make it very difficult. It’s nice they have a 30 day COVID extension but the obstacles you have to go through to get it are ridiculous. How many times they sent me downstairs to print or make photocopies. I got a 30 day extension while my girlfriend got 7 days and had to come back after those 7 days to get the full extension. I can’t understand it. Bring your patience with you and something to drink

Tons of paperworks which they demand something new everytime you have brought. Why dont you say all 'at one time' before then I dont have to spent my days for nothing? Unprofessional, corrupted and waste of time. Unfortunately better to pay agency if you need smooth process. What a shame!
