OYO 383 White Inn Hotel

To all foreigners don’t go there …
Dirty people wants only ur Dollars I booked with them by a company and resharged and when took a taxi from the airport and arrived they said we can’t let u in we are not with this company anymore we have new management and it’s not my fault and I booked one day before only not long … after 1 hour and a half sitting in the street with my women and I talked with the hotel owner she’s a women and in the end I need to drink water I’m tired and thirsty she said 20 baht for water ‍️ people trust me u will regret if u go there I’m a Canadian citizen I never been humiliated like that all my life, thank u

DO NOT STAY HERE! WORST CHOOSE OF MY LIFE! I booked this with my girlfriend
for one night. Our fly delayed so we arrived to the hotel around 1am. Once there, staff informed us the owner of the hotel was changed and they are not working with websites like Booking Any more and that WE HAVE TO PAY MORE if we were pretending to get a room.
I showed them both, the hotel and Booking website confirmation and they did not care. I explained them that we did not received Any pre-alert about this and It was the same. They refused to gave us our room.
They left us in the street at 2am with no where to go.
We spent a very bad night due to their bad assistance.
When we asked for a claim paper they also refused.
We Will Never ever book with them again and I Will let as people as possible know NOT to book with them.

เรามาเช็คอินเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้ คืนวันที่27ตอนตี2 แต่เราจ่ายไป2วัน1,380บาท ทางพนักงานก็ไม่ได้อธิบายหรือบอกเราต้องเช็คเอาต์ออกตอนกี่โมงหรือวันที่เท่าไหร่ นี่ก็คิดว่านี่มาเช็คอินตอนตี2 ของวันที่28 จะได้ออกก่อนเที่ยงวันที่30 สรุปเที่ยงวันที่29มาบอกหมดเลาสรุปเราจ่ายวันละ690บาท2วันเราได้พักแค่1วันครึึ่ง

พอเข้ามาเช็คอินเค้าจะขอให้จ่ายเพิ่มอีก350. -รวมทั้งหมดกับที่จ่ายออนไลย์
ค่าห้องก็จะประมาณเกือบ800. -
ซึ่งมันแพงไปสำหรับห้องที่เข้าพักเป็นไปได้อย่ามาที่นี่!

The hotel is in the termination process of its accommodation contract with OYO. The price and rooms as shown on the websites is the marketing of OYO itself, Whiteinn Hotel is not involved or consented in any sale of rooms on any websites.

Suggest not to book through the websites anymore because the room will not be as shown as it is too cheap from the actual price. Please contact the hotel directly, there are nice staff and willing to help and guide you.

เห็นจากคอมเม้นท์แล้วทีแรกก็กังวลนิดนึ่งแต่พอได้พักจริงๆแล้วก็ไม่ได้แย่นะยุงภ้าไม่เปิดประตูกระจกก็ไม่เข้าแอร์ก็เย็นดีอีกอย่างคือใกล้สนามบินด้วยราคาก็โอเคอยู่ขอเสียก็คือไม่มีน้ำให้กินต้องพกน้ำมาเอง

โทรสอบถามราคาและห้องพักก่อนเข้าพัก ดันให้เข้าพักม่านรูด ไม่ออกใบใเสร็จรับเงินให้ มีทั้งยุงและมด น้ำอุ่นอาบน้ำก็ไม่มี กุญแจล็อดห้องก็ไม่มีพอเช็คเอาว์บอกออกได้เลย แนะนำอย่าเข้าพักเลยเสียความรู้สึกมากๆ

Electric cables showing by television and on headboard of bed. Toilet was leaking. Dark road and lots of dogs barking at me and coming to close to me. Staff could not speak english. Only good things was the mattress was nice and wifi great.
