OYO 117 King One Suvarnabhumi

We only booked here because of an early departure. Not recommended otherwise. The employee was extremely unfriendly, the room was just okay (because it was cheap). Have booked for 3 people. A cheap extra bed was simply pushed in. That was hella uncomfortable. It would have been better to sleep on the floor but it was too dirty. The rest was ok for one night, but definitely wouldn't come back. Air conditioning was super loud but it didn't work without it.

พนักงานเคาน์เตอร์โครตพูดไม่รู้เรื่องเลยค่ะไม่รับฟังอะไรแขกเลย แถมมาตรฐานการเข้าพักก็ไม่เหมือนโรงแรมอื่นเงินคืนก็ไม่ได้เปลี่ยนวันก็ไม่ได้เห็นแก่ได้มากเลยค่ะแถมพนักงานก็สุดห่วย

FULL OF COCKROACHES. Awful. I arrived at the hotel at 00: 00 and found the room very dirty and with cockroaches in the bed and approaching my things. I told them what was happening and they didn't even take good care of me, they changed my room and the other one was just as dirty and disgusting. I had to leave at 1: 00am to look for another hotel because it was impossible for me to sleep there. Apparently the photos are good but it is really dirty and dark. The staff is not friendly either. They haven't even returned my money.

Very very rude girl at reception. Sleeping at her job, arrogant and does not help.

Room and staff are great, but she is NOT.

Rude staff. I get that you have a lot of people passing through your hotel but there is no need for staff to be rude. If you don't like your job, find another one.
You also didn't put soap in the bathroom. I don't think I'll stay in Oyo anymore.

Terrible place and service. Having spent a couple of hours there, I was very surprised by the living creatures. Cockroaches and bedbugs. I immediately packed my things and left. The money was not returned. A rude woman works there.
The only plus is the location is convenient to the airport and there are many grocery stores near the hotel.

Check in on June 9 the guy on the morning shift and the girls on the night shift have a bad attitude and are impatient to solve my problem, and in the room have many small cockroaches i feel uncomfortable, But when I check out on 10, have one with braces girl in the morning shift very nice to solve my problem, I very thanks to her.

The female receptionist is really terrible. You don't have any advice or even kind words to your customers.we pay for stay.not stay free. If you're not willing to do a service job or a job that involves meeting people. It would be better to quit and go do something else.

I booked in to say and there was an issue with payment and it got cancelled. I didn't realise as I was on a long flight and the horrible girl at the desk started arguing, being rude and talking about me in Thai to her friend, and being down right horrible. Don't recommend staying here.

Worst! Not recommendable! My shoes is gone, someone stole it inside the room. They are not cleaning the room during our stay and one of the female receptionist is discourteous. So disappointed and never again!

The location is very convenient to go to Suvarnabhumi Airport and have many convenient stores nearby.

Room was very clean, price was good. However staff were unhelpful when the bill had been paid - didn't want to hear it - had to pay it twice.

Rush in the morning to airport. Wanted my deposit. They wanted to check room. Trying to get deposit back but no one is answering my phone call. Thanks a lot

สถานที่ดีมี7-11 ร้านอาหารใกล้เคียง ห้องสะอาด. เเต่การบริการยอดแย่ เหมือนเน้นเเค่เอาเงินไม่ใส่ใจคนมาพักเท่าไหร่ถามอะไรก็เหวี่ยง. ห้องไม่เก็บเสียงเสียงดัง ห้องข้างๆเปิด-ปิดประตูก็ได้ยิน เปิดทีวีเสียงยังดังออกมา. ห้องอาบน้ำอยุ่ระเบียง ไม่ได้อยู่ในห้องน้ำนะ งงมาก. ยืนอาบน้ำโชว์คนประมานนั้น. ลิฟก็เสียบ่อยตอนกลางคืน จะไปไหนต้องเดินลง โดยรวมดูดีเเค่ห้องกว้างสะอาด. นอกนั้นถือว่าเเย่นะ

โลเคชั่นดีค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับหน้าบึ้ง: - (ไปนิด ห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีหยากไย่ พื้นห้องมีขี้ฝุ่นเท้าดำปี๋ ประตูห้องน้ำถ้าดันติดผนังสุด จะทำให้ ลูกบิดกดล็อคอัตโนมัติ ต้องลำบากพนักงานขึ้นมาเปิดให้ ต้องระวังมากๆเรื่องประตูห้องน้ำล็อคเอง ส่วนห้องอาบน้ำอยู่ตรงระเบียงด้านนอก งงมากแม่ คืออาบแบบเอาท์ดอร์ แต่ฝักบัวน้ำแรง อาบสะใจดี ประตูระเบียงอาบน้ำบางค่ะ มองเห็นคนอาบน้ำด้านนอกเลย ต้องหาผ้ามาปิดไม่ให้ข้างในมองออกไปเห็นเราอาบน้ำ ไม่มีกาแฟให้ มีแต่กาน้ำร้อนให้ ไฟเสีย 1 ดวงค่ะ

Decent if you're getting a late flight in to Bangkok as it's near the airport. However, it is not near anything else: trains, buses or food. If you've got time head deeper into the heart of the city you should, it's easy to do!

Although near the airport, the location isn't that great. Great stay if you have a late night or early morning flight.
